Earn 5x points on all Journey Nominated Hotels and participating Alliance Partner Properties when booking stays through Journey. At Ultra Modern & Enchanted! Tub + Pool + Location!, points can be used to book future stays across the network, pooled with family or friends, transferred to anyone, or redeemed for on-property experiences. Journey is the only hotel-style program that lets you earn transferable points on stays at professionally managed rental homes. What gets you here is the unlikely tension between sleek, contemporary architecture and the old, sprawling live oaks that surround it — glass and clean lines set against gnarled branches and Texas wildflowers, neither element apologizing for the other. It feels like someone with strong opinions about design also happened to deeply respect the land. The proximity to Fredericksburg's Main Street is almost disorienting; you're steps from boutiques and cafes, yet inside the gates, the world contracts to rustling leaves and dark-sky stargazing. The hot tub under that canopy of stars isn't a luxury add-on — it's the emotional center of the evening. This is a place for people who want seclusion without remoteness, and modernity without sterility. ## Overview There is a particular kind of arrival that feels less like checking in and more like stepping into a life already in progress. Ultra Modern & Enchanted is that kind of place. A contemporary residence designed with sharp, clean architecture and an interior that balances bold modern finishes with genuine comfort. The spaces are open and light-filled, styled with intention but never sterile, the kind of home where every room feels considered yet lived-in. The heart of the property is its outdoor space. A private pool anchors the backyard, flanked by lounge areas that invite long, unhurried afternoons. A hot tub sits nearby, ready for cooler evenings or late-night soaks under open sky. Together, the pool and tub create a backyard that functions as equal parts relaxation zone and social gathering point. Inside, the residence is finished to a high standard, with modern furnishings, well-appointed living areas, and a kitchen built for more than reheating takeout. Whether you are cooking a full meal or simply making morning coffee, the space rewards those who want to settle in rather than rush out. What makes this property memorable is not a single dramatic gesture but the way the details accumulate. The architecture reads as confident and current. The layout gives breathing room between shared spaces and private ones. Natural light moves through the interiors throughout the day, shifting the mood from bright morning energy to something softer and more golden by late afternoon. The pool catches that same light, turning the backyard into a space that changes character as the hours pass. Ultra Modern & Enchanted is a residence for travelers who prefer a home base over a hotel room, who want the freedom to set their own rhythm without sacrificing design or comfort. You wake when you want, swim when you want, and let the day take whatever shape feels right. It is the kind of stay that leaves you rested not because of any single luxury, but because the space itself never asks anything of you. It simply makes room. ## Amenities - **Amenities:** Sauna, Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub / Jacuzzi, BBQ / Grill, Free Parking, Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit, Free WiFi, EV Charging Station, Swimming Pool, Self-Catering Kitchen, Backyard, Free Parking on Premises, Free Street Parking, Smoke & CO Detectors ## The residence This is a whole-home stay, not a hotel room list.
