Journey is the only hotel-style program that lets you earn transferable points on stays at professionally managed rental homes. There's a particular quality to a house that sits right on a lake — not overlooking it from a hillside, but genuinely at its edge, where the lawn meets the water and a private dock feels like an extension of the living room. Villa Serena has that quality in full, and it shapes everything about a stay here. It's built for groups who actually want to be together, with seven bedrooms across the main house and an attached suite, yet enough space — the pool, the flat lawn, the shoreline — that togetherness never tips into crowding. The Okanagan wine country is minutes away, but the real pull is the property itself: evenings around the fire pit with the lake's night sounds carrying across the water, mornings that start quietly at the shore. It's the kind of place where the best memories happen without a plan. ## Overview Villa Serena announces itself quietly. The property sits along the waterfront, a private residence whose clean lines and open layout feel calibrated to the surrounding landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows pull the outdoors in, framing views of the lake from nearly every room. The architecture favors warmth and simplicity, with natural wood tones, stone accents, and an unhurried sense of space that makes even a short stay feel expansive. The home itself is thoughtfully arranged for both gathering and solitude. A spacious open-concept living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, where guests can cook together in a fully equipped kitchen or settle into comfortable seating that faces the water. Bedrooms are generous and serene, each designed with understated elegance and dressed in soft, neutral linens. The layout accommodates families and small groups with ease, offering enough separation for privacy and enough communal space to bring everyone together when it matters. Outdoor living is central to the experience here. A large deck extends from the main level, furnished for lounging and dining al fresco, while the waterfront access below invites morning swims, paddleboarding, or simply sitting at the dock as the light shifts across the surface of the lake. Villa Serena is managed through Restnest, a curated collection of vacation properties that emphasizes quality, comfort, and a sense of home. The property is equipped with modern amenities including high-speed internet, a barbecue area, and dedicated parking. Thoughtful extras like quality linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and clear communication from the hosts elevate the stay beyond the expected. This is the kind of place where you settle in rather than check in, where the rhythm of the day is shaped by weather and appetite rather than a schedule. What lingers after a stay at Villa Serena is not any single feature but the cumulative effect of light on water, of slow mornings with nowhere particular to be, of evenings spent on the deck as the sky deepens. It is a residence that understands the difference between luxury and comfort, and chooses comfort every time. ## Amenities - **Amenities:** Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub / Jacuzzi, Beach Access, BBQ / Grill, Free Parking, Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit, Free WiFi, Swimming Pool, Self-Catering Kitchen, Beach Access / Essentials, Outdoor Seating, Lake Access, Free Parking on Premises, Smoke & CO Detectors ## The residence This is a whole-home stay, not a hotel room list.
