There's a specific kind of quiet that sits just outside a city's reach — not remote, not isolated, just enough distance to feel like you've stepped into a different rhythm. This cabin has that quality. It leans into rustic without performing it; the design is warm and considered, with plush bedding and room-darkening shades that suggest someone actually thought about how you'd sleep, not just how the space would photograph. The soaker tub feels like a deliberate choice, not an afterthought — a small indulgence that fits the pace of the place. You're close enough to Waco to dip in and out, but the real draw is how little you'll want to leave the backyard. ## Overview The Little Dutch Cabin #100 announces itself with the kind of understated warmth that makes you slow down before you even step inside. Dutch-inspired in its architectural character, the cabin carries a cottage sensibility that feels both deliberate and deeply comfortable. Clean lines, thoughtful proportions, and a design vocabulary rooted in simplicity give the space a personality that reads as curated rather than decorated. This is not a property trying to be everything. It is a small, well-considered retreat built around the pleasures of unhurried time. Inside, the cabin is arranged to feel open and inviting without sacrificing intimacy. The soaker tub is one of its defining features, positioned as less of an amenity and more of a ritual, the kind of detail that shapes how an evening unfolds. The living spaces balance function and character, offering enough room to settle in without excess. Natural light moves through the interiors with ease, and the overall atmosphere leans toward cozy and grounded. It is the sort of place where mornings begin slowly, perhaps with coffee on the porch, and where the line between indoors and out feels pleasantly thin. Outside, the property extends the experience with a pickleball court, an unexpected and welcome addition that introduces a social, active dimension to the stay. It is the kind of offering that shifts the rhythm of a visit, giving guests a reason to step outside and play. The outdoor spaces are designed to be lived in, not just admired, and the overall grounds encourage a casual, easygoing way of spending time. Whether you are reading in the shade, soaking after a long day, or rallying on the court, the property creates natural variety without requiring you to leave. The Little Dutch Cabin #100 sits within a convenient distance of local attractions, making it a practical home base for exploring the surrounding area while still offering enough on-property character to make staying in feel like a deliberate choice. What lingers after a stay here is not grandeur or spectacle but something quieter: the memory of hot water filling the soaker tub at dusk, of a porch that felt like the right place to be, of a cabin that asked very little of you and gave back something gentle and real. ## Amenities - **Amenities:** BBQ / Grill, Free Parking, Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit, Free WiFi, Self-Catering Kitchen, Backyard, Free Parking on Premises, Free Street Parking, Single Level Home, Smoke & CO Detectors ## The residence This is a whole-home stay, not a hotel room list.
