A 28-room boutique hotel in Savannah's Historic District

East Bay Inn is a boutique hotel on Bay Street in Savannah's Historic District, across from the waterfront. The brick building, whose construction began in 1852, features Greek Revival styling, a cast-iron facade, and cast-iron columns in the lobby and some first-floor guest rooms. Originally used as a warehouse during Savannah's cotton trade, it now houses 28 guest rooms.

Every guest room includes a mini refrigerator. Listed room features also include a Keurig coffee maker, laptop-compatible safe, and robes. The Patio Queen Room and Patio King Suite each have a private enclosed outdoor patio. WiFi is included in a $40 nightly amenity fee. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am. Many rooms accept dogs—confirm a dog-friendly room when booking. A $100 per-stay fee covers up to two dogs in one room, and dogs left unattended must be crated.

Debi's Restaurant, on the hotel's garden level, serves Southern food for breakfast and lunch with no reservations needed. Tandem Coffee & Spirits, on the first floor, offers coffee, cocktails, wine, and craft beer.
