Beautiful home, decorated impeccably! Very comfortable. Amazing location!

There is a certain kind of Park City home that feels like it has always been here. Tucked along a quiet stretch of the historic district, Abode at Alpine Minnie's is one of those places. A classic cottage with a steeply pitched roof and warm, wood-framed interiors, it sits just steps from the bustle of Main Street while retaining the unhurried character of a mountain neighborhood where snow settles on porches and mornings arrive slowly. The house is compact but considered, a genuine residence rather than a resort facsimile, and it carries the kind of charm that only comes from a building with real history beneath its eaves.
The home accommodates guests across three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, offering enough space for a small group or family to spread out comfortably without losing the intimacy that makes a cottage stay feel different from a hotel. The living areas are open and inviting, with a fireplace anchoring the main gathering space and a fully equipped kitchen that encourages cooking in, whether that means a proper dinner after a day on the slopes or coffee and eggs before heading out. The furnishings are warm and mountain-appropriate, layered textiles and natural materials that feel lived-in rather than staged. A private hot tub offers a place to decompress under cold night skies, and the property includes dedicated parking, a practical detail that anyone familiar with Park City's winter streets will appreciate.
What distinguishes this particular address is proximity. Main Street's restaurants, galleries, and bars are within a short walk, and the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort is close enough to make ski-in convenience a realistic part of the daily rhythm. The Egyptian Theatre, the galleries along lower Main, the independent shops that give the town its personality beyond the resort infrastructure: all of it sits just outside the front door. In summer, the same neighborhood becomes a base for hiking, mountain biking, and the kind of long evening walks that make high-altitude towns feel endless in the best way. Park City's positioning between Salt Lake City and some of Utah's most striking canyon landscapes means day trips are always possible, but the pull of the cottage and its neighborhood tends to keep guests close.
Managed by Abode, a locally rooted hospitality company with deep knowledge of Park City's rental landscape, Alpine Minnie's benefits from a level of care and consistency that independent vacation rentals rarely match. Concierge services, local recommendations, and professional housekeeping ensure the experience feels polished without becoming impersonal. What stays with you after a few nights here is the texture of the stay itself: the creak of old floors, the glow of the fireplace after dark, the ease of stepping from a quiet residential lane into one of the West's most beloved mountain towns and back again.

What gets you here is the location in Historic Park City, but what keeps you is the particular warmth of a place that feels genuinely lived-in rather than staged. The main house has that quality — high ceilings, a grand fireplace, light pouring through spacious rooms — where mountain living feels elevated but never precious. The decor reads as curated with real affection for the Rockies rather than a designer's mood board. And then there's the detached guest house, which shifts the whole dynamic: it gives a group of friends or a family the rare gift of togetherness and separateness in equal measure. You cook a big meal in the gourmet kitchen, eat together at the dining table or out on the patio among the pines, and then someone drifts off to their own quiet corner. It's that balance — intimacy without obligation — that makes the stay linger in your memory.

Had a great girls weekend in Park City! Great amenities and a wonderful walkable location.

The house was in a great location and well appointed. Given that this is a historical renovation it is efficient and not spacious but the space works well. The extra guest house is great feature. My only feedback would be to have a larger hot tub. The hot tube really only fits three people which is too small for a family.

Very at tentative team
I unfortunately rented direct from AirBnB, (didn't know Abode hosted this property) and their fees added a ridiculous premium to the price
Go direct to Abode

Terrific property - couldn't have been happier with it. Well worth the price. And the Abode folks were very easy to work with.
