From the moment we arrived at Atlantis The Royal, the experience was flawless. We were warmly greeted, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff took care of our bags immediately, setting the tone for the exceptional service we were about to experience. Our room was nothing short of stunning. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered an incredible view of the entire Palm. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping service went above and beyond—leaving flowers, extra towels, and even chocolates. What impressed us most was their thoughtfulness: my wife is eight months pregnant, and without us having to ask, they provided a pregnancy pillow and congratulated us on her pregnancy. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The pool was a fantastic retreat both days, and the restaurants served some of the best food we’ve ever had. The beach was serene and relaxing, while the gym and spa were state-of-the-art and maintained an atmosphere of luxury and calm. The ambiance throughout the hotel was remarkable—music and a subtle hint of incense filled the hallways, creating a sense of tranquility as we moved through the property. Having stayed at many luxury hotels over the past few years, we can confidently say Atlantis The Royal is in a league of its own. The attention to detail, the impeccable service, and the serene yet vibrant atmosphere made this the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We will absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a truly world-class experience.

That’s the most beautiful hotel my eyes have ever seen. The details and the creative designs are breathtaking honestly! What you see there is something extraordinary and special. But, the staff of the hotel and not the restaurants are just unprofessional and lack organization. We would chase them for our order in the royal tearoom, they wouldn’t attend us at the elements. One more thing is the hotel food (room service and gastronomy) should be much better to match the concept of the hotel and its luxuriousness. I’d expect more when it comes to that. The rest is just out of this world!
