One of the best experiences I’ve had in Berlin. Perfect location very near the Brandenburg Gate and other historical sites. Rooms are also great and the service is impeccable. Breakfast was great and I would like to commend the following staff: Helena of front desk, Melanie Hermes and Meier of F&B.

A memorable and special stay in Berlin The hotel is luxurious from the minute you step inside . The staff are incredible friendly, welcoming, efficient, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Breakfast is a feast of foods, outstanding service and really amazing choice for breakfast, anything imaginable is there for one to taste. 10/10 for the room in size, impeccably clean and beautiful decorated. 10/10 for staff of all areas in the hotel. Had a fantastic few days staying here.

Worth the money! The spa and sauna, jacuzzi and pool were wonderful. With free fruits and tea. Gym was great! Well equipped. Room was classic decorated very comfortable. Breakfast was sooooo good with delicatessen specials. Location is the best!
