What we love about this stay
Get a room on a higher floor facing Xinyi — you want those floor-to-ceiling windows pulling in the tower lights at dusk, not morning sun waking you at six. The rooftop pool is the real draw here, but time it right: go up around 7 p.m. when the ambient lighting kicks in and the city below shifts into its evening mode. It's a completely different space than the daytime lap pool. For dinner, the on-site steakhouse is genuinely strong — skip browsing the East District restaurants your first night and commit to a proper cut with a bottle from their wine list. Afterward, walk south into the lanes around Zhongxiao Dunhua; the neighbourhood rewards aimless wandering. This hotel works best when you treat it as a stylish base camp with one killer vantage point — that rooftop, at golden hour, drink in hand.

Truly professional, attentive and courteous staff; clean and beautifully maintained rooms and amenities; convenient location, short walk to metro and buses; a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and shop options nearby. Highly recommend this hotel, one of the best we have stayed with.

Cool area, close to everything and if you like boba milk tea there are 10 plus shops within 10 walking distance Cool rooms, and loads of great restaurant and mall within walking distance

Excellent way to immerse in Taipei. It’s in a great location. The facilities such as the roof swimming pool, and bar were fabulous. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. And we found the staff were warm, welcoming and willing to go the extra yard to make our stay special.
