Loved the design; the staff are very sweet and helpful; Aurora at the reception was so nice and accommodating. The facilities are new and very clean, the spa area is simply amazing, and the location is incredible. I’m very happy with my stay and will definitely come back.

It was the perfect luxurious Alpine getaway, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our room was even more beautiful in person, and the housekeeping was the best we’ve ever experienced. Enjoying the spa every day was the perfect way to start and end our days. The location is unbeatable—steps from the train station, town center, and mountain base. Breakfast was beautiful, and the onsite restaurants were incredibly convenient. Most importantly, we want to recognize Emil, our server, who was the friendliest and most hospitable person we met in Switzerland. Employees like him are why we love traveling and experiencing new places.
