Around 6pm, grab a mezcal cocktail and walk past the pools to the beach—the light turns amber and the crowd thins, and it's the single best fifteen minutes of any day here. Beautiful resort, exceptional service. I upgraded to reserve and am so glad I did. My concierge Alfonso was phenomenal!! He was attentive but also gave me space. He provide surprises to my room throughout my stay which made me feel special. The extra it cost for the upgrade was well worth it. Restaurants and service, excellent. Sal’s steakhouse was such a treat, food was spectacular. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things. I want to come back with my granddaughter when she’s a bit older for the family side.
