What we love about this stay
Request a ground-floor Serai room with direct garden access—the higher categories add space, but it's that seamless indoor-outdoor threshold, stepping barefoot onto warm stone toward the Long Pool, that defines the stay. Speaking of which, the 103-metre Long Pool at dusk is the moment here: the water mirrors the sky's shift from copper to violet, and the silence is almost theatrical. For dinner, skip the obvious and book The Restaurant for their Friday brunch—it's where Muscat's well-connected crowd quietly gathers, and the spread is staggering. One practical note: the spa books out fast on weekends, so reserve your hammam session at least two days ahead. Done right, The Chedi doesn't feel like a resort. It feels like Oman whispering.

- Amazing hotel with cuper nice people - 3 amazing pools, we ended up staying at the dame pool because Pandiya was caring (he gave us fruits, ice cream and water all the time) and lovely, we liked to stay at the 1 pool, felt like home:) - our flight was late 23:00 so we could keep our room until 18:00 for free thank you Nassim! - amazing buffet & the thai kitchen chef was lovely We wanna come back again! :)
