What we love about this stay
Request a harbor-facing room on a higher floor — the floor-to-ceiling windows earn their keep at dusk when the waterfront light shifts from gold to deep blue across the Seaport. The rooftop is the real draw here, but timing matters: arrive by 4:30 on weekdays to claim a corner seat before the after-work crowd fills in. If you're visiting between November and February, book an igloo session early — they sell out fast and the experience, cocktail in hand with snow drifting over the skyline, is genuinely worth the planning. Skip the hotel restaurant for dinner and walk five minutes to the Seaport's better independent spots for oysters and crudo. Come back for a nightcap upstairs. Done right, this place delivers a side of Boston most visitors never find.

I’m really enjoying my stay at the Envoy Hotel. My room had a perfect view, a deluxe king with a water view. Can you imagine waking up to that amazing view? I loved how I could still keep my luggage in the hotel after checkout. And thanks to Marty, a guy who helped me store my luggage, so I could walk around for an hour hands-free. Thank you, Marty. Will be next time for sure :)

I travel a lot for work and this is by far one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. In addition to the room being clean and comfortable, it was the Marriott Envoy team’s exceptional customer service that took my experience to the next level. This year, I had a work trip scheduled on my birthday. When the Marriott Envoy team found out, they went out of their way to celebrate it. I returned to my room to find a special delivery and a happy birthday card. A huge thank you to Marty, Donnovan, and Rohan for your incredible hospitality. It really felt like I was home with my friends and family, and I cannot thank you enough for that! I have stayed at other hotels in the area but this will now be my forever Boston hotel!

Spent my wife’s birthday weekend here from start to finish. Everything was great Rohan and Alejandro at the front desk helped us with absolutely everything even when we kept losing our key a couple of times. Room service was wonderful and if you get a chance to check out the rooftop! Overall 10/10 experience!

Perfect hotel for a business trip. Everything was spot on, from the spacious room, the heated floors in the bathroom, and the location. I also ate breakfast twice, and both times the food was good and the service was prompt. I would definitely stay here again when traveling back for work.
