Fantastic home. Everything was perfect. Premium and pristine. We had a wonderful time and will be back again very soon.

Oxygen at Elemento49 announces itself through clean lines and open air. The villa is built for group travel at a generous scale, accommodating up to sixteen guests across its thoughtfully arranged living and sleeping spaces. Architecture here leans contemporary, with wide glass openings that dissolve the boundary between interior comfort and the outdoor landscape. The pool sits at the center of the property's social life, a defining feature that shapes the rhythm of each day and draws the house together around water, sunlight, and shared downtime.
Indoors, the spaces are designed with both togetherness and privacy in mind. Common areas are expansive enough for full-group dinners, movie nights, or late conversations that drift well past midnight. The kitchen is equipped for serious cooking, making it easy for guests who prefer to eat in and build meals together. Bedrooms are spread across the property to offer individual retreat when the energy of a larger group calls for a quieter moment. A spa area adds another layer to the experience, providing a place to decompress without leaving the grounds. Between the pool, the spa, and the scale of the indoor spaces, the villa functions as a self-contained destination, one that rewards guests who are content to stay close to home for long stretches of the day.
What makes Oxygen at Elemento49 distinct is its orientation toward collective experience. This is not a property designed for couples or solo travelers seeking solitude. It is purpose-built for groups of friends, extended families, or multi-generational gatherings where the house itself becomes the venue. The pool deck doubles as an outdoor living room. The dining table becomes the evening's stage. The architecture supports a particular kind of intimacy, the kind that only emerges when a group of people share a beautiful, well-designed space for several days running.
You leave with the specific memory of mornings by the pool before anyone else woke up, of afternoons that stretched without agenda, of evenings where the house held everyone together without trying. Oxygen at Elemento49 is less a place you visit and more a place you inhabit, briefly but completely, with the people who matter most.

There's something disorienting — in the best way — about crossing a threshold from raw, sun-scorched desert into a space this deliberately cool and composed. The architecture here doesn't try to blend in; it stands in bold contrast to the landscape, all glass and clean lines, and that tension is exactly what gives the place its charge. Polished concrete underfoot, an infinity pool that dissolves into the horizon, a forecourt fountain that resets your nervous system before you've even set down your bags. It's a villa that understands the desert not as emptiness but as amplifier — of silence, of light, of the particular pleasure of gathering around a fire pit when the night goes truly quiet. Proximity to Coachella gives it obvious occasion, but the real draw is the stillness between events, the kind of place where the landscape stays with you long after you leave.

Fabulous house and pool:) the living area has incredibly high ceilings so it is loud! Pool and outdoor area was fabulous:) great for a girls weekend but would equally accommodate a couple of families.
