Excellent home . Clean, modern and with incredible views. Great place to come back to after a long day.

There is a particular kind of stillness that belongs to a home rather than a hotel. Eterne by Stay Awhile Villas carries that quality from the moment you arrive. This is a private residence designed for guests who prefer the intimacy of their own space over the choreography of a lobby, a place where the architecture frames a slower, more personal way of traveling. The interiors are considered and warm, balancing contemporary comfort with a sense of place that feels genuinely lived-in rather than staged.
The villa unfolds with generous proportions and a layout that rewards both togetherness and solitude. Living spaces open naturally to the outdoors, where a private pool becomes the centerpiece of unhurried days. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook on their own terms, sourcing local ingredients and letting meals happen at whatever hour feels right. Bedrooms are spacious and restful, appointed with quality linens and the kind of quiet details that make sleep feel effortless. Throughout the property, the design speaks to comfort without excess, each room carefully furnished to feel both elegant and entirely approachable.
What distinguishes Eterne from a standard rental is the layer of hospitality that accompanies the privacy. Stay Awhile Villas brings a concierge sensibility to the experience, helping guests navigate the surrounding area, arrange services, and settle into a rhythm that suits them. Whether that means a private chef for an evening, recommendations for nearby dining, or simply being left alone to enjoy the quiet, the support is there without being intrusive. The property exists at the intersection of independence and care, a residence with the invisible infrastructure of a great hotel.
You leave Eterne not with the memory of a destination checked off a list, but with the feeling of having actually rested. The pool at golden hour, a meal prepared slowly, a morning with nothing demanded of you. It is the kind of stay that earns its name, something that lingers well after the return home.

What strikes you first is the tension between proximity and retreat—you're on a private road in Beverly Hills, minutes from Rodeo Drive, yet the moment you cross the threshold, the city becomes something you observe rather than endure. Zoltan Pali's architecture does the heavy lifting here: clean lines, expansive glass, and a sense of proportion that makes the interiors feel both grand and deeply personal. The LA skyline isn't just a backdrop; those wide windows turn it into something you live alongside, shifting with the light. This is a villa that reads as someone's impeccably considered home rather than a rental playing dress-up—bespoke furnishings, art that actually holds your attention, bathrooms that feel like private ceremonies. It suits the kind of traveler who wants Beverly Hills on their own terms, at their own volume.

The host was super responsive and helpful in getting us settled in. The house itself was immaculate and the kitchen was a gourmet cook’s dream. Had every tool and utensil I needed to cook a massive Thanksgiving feast. The house is perched up on a hill, so every morning we got to see the most unbelievable sunrise over downtown LA. This will likely be a repeat visit for us when we’re in town. Highly recommend!!
