Kenneth was a great host and this tiny home was perfect for a couple of days of retreat. There was a tiny home community surrounding us, and it was only about six minutes away from downtown. Fredericksburg would definitely stay again

There is something unexpectedly magnetic about a home built from shipping containers. The Perry-Chic container home Oasis takes an industrial form and softens it with intention, creating a retreat that feels modern, playful, and genuinely distinctive. The architecture announces itself immediately. Clean lines and repurposed steel meet warm interiors, producing a space where design-forward thinking and comfort coexist without compromise. It is the kind of property that photographs well but feels even better in person, where the materials tell a story and every corner has been considered.
Inside, the layout is open and airy, designed to make the most of natural light and fluid living. The space accommodates guests with a sense of ease, offering a bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen, and living areas that feel both intimate and generous. The kitchen invites you to cook at your own pace, stocked for those mornings when coffee and a slow breakfast set the tone for the day. Throughout, the interiors balance industrial character with carefully chosen furnishings, creating warmth within the container's clean geometry.
Outdoors, the property opens up to its own private oasis. A pool area anchors the exterior experience, offering a place to float, lounge, and let the hours blur together under open sky. The outdoor space extends the living area naturally, with seating that encourages lingering well past sunset. Whether you spend your time poolside with a book or grilling under the stars, the rhythm here is unhurried and self-directed. This is not a property that schedules your day. It simply gives you the space to fill it as you wish.
The Perry-Chic container home Oasis is a stay for those drawn to architecture with personality, for travelers who want something beyond the expected. It is compact but never cramped, stylish but never pretentious. The feeling it leaves behind is one of quiet novelty, a reminder that the most memorable places are often the ones that reimagine what a home can be.

There's something quietly defiant about a shipping container turned into a place you genuinely don't want to leave. This Fredericksburg retreat leans into its architecture rather than apologizing for it — the compact footprint feels intentional, even philosophical, a study in how little square footage you actually need when every inch has been considered. It sits in the middle of town, close to the vineyards and history that give this corner of Texas its particular character, yet it manages to feel private in a way that larger properties rarely do. The rooftop deck is the real anchor here, the kind of open-air perch where the scale of a Texas night sky turns stargazing into something closer to awe. It's a stay that suits people who appreciate design with a point of view and don't need grandeur to feel taken care of.

We had an amazing stay! The cabins are a bit close together but the neighbors were quiet and respectful.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It was perfect for my husband and I. The rooftop was great and perfect to watch the sunset and star gaze! Made for a great rooftop dinner🩷

Wonderful place to stay! Extremely clean, well thought out design, nicely stocked and very comfortable. The rooftop desk is the best for relaxing in the evening and having a cup of coffee in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.
