Wonderful tiny home, Kenneth was very helpful and responded to all messages and questions very quickly. I recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Waco area.

A gravel path, a weathered wagon wheel, and the unhurried stillness of open countryside. Wagon Wheel Cottage Couples Getaway in the Country is the kind of place that announces itself not with grandeur but with absence: no traffic, no crowds, no agenda. This is a standalone cottage designed for two, set against a rural landscape where the horizon stretches wide and the pace of life slows to something almost forgotten.
The cottage itself is compact and warmly appointed, offering the essentials of a romantic retreat without unnecessary complexity. A comfortable bedroom, a functional kitchen, and living space arranged with care create a sense of home rather than hotel. The interiors lean into country character, with rustic touches and a simplicity that feels intentional rather than sparse. Everything here is scaled for intimacy, from the layout of the rooms to the quiet of the surrounding property. There is space to cook together, to settle in with a glass of wine, to let the evening arrive slowly through the windows.
Outdoors, the property opens onto the kind of countryside that rewards stillness. The grounds invite morning walks, afternoon reading, and evenings spent watching the sky shift through shades of amber and violet. There are no resort-style amenities here, and that is precisely the point. The experience is shaped by what the landscape and the cottage provide together: privacy, quiet, and an unhurried sense of togetherness. For couples seeking distance from the noise of daily life, the setting delivers something genuinely restorative without requiring a single scheduled activity.
What stays with you after Wagon Wheel Cottage is not a particular detail but a rhythm. The rhythm of mornings without alarms, of conversations that stretch longer because nothing is competing for attention, of time that feels expansive simply because it has been cleared of distraction. It is a place where two people can remember what it feels like to be alone together, with nothing but the country air and each other.

There's a particular kind of quiet here that feels intentional — not empty, but curated for two people who want to slow down without disappearing entirely. The cottage leans into rustic Texan character without overcorrecting toward quaint, and the result is a space that feels personal rather than performative. You notice it in the small details: lavender and cedarwood in the toiletries, the way the table faces out toward open fields, a marble walk-in shower that feels almost incongruously luxurious for a country cottage. Waco's energy — Magnolia Market, Baylor, local craft villages — is close enough to reach on a whim, but the property never feels like a staging ground for excursions. It's the kind of place couples return to not because of what surrounds it, but because of what it quietly holds.

My husband really enjoyed his stay there. The house was very nice, well cleaned and cozy.
The communication was superb! My husband arrived late to the house and was unable to get in. Within minutes, Kenneth responded and took care of the issue.
We really appreciated all the help, information and care that was given.
We will definitely stay there again!

This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Super clean and private. It amazed us how small it looked on the outside but large it felt on the inside. Perfect amount of space. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
