Very comfortable home in a great location.

There is a particular feeling that comes with stepping into a home that has been thoughtfully prepared for your arrival. Abode on Cloud 9 delivers exactly that: a private residence nestled in Park City's historic Old Town district, where the hum of Main Street sits just below and the mountain landscape stretches wide in every direction. This is not a hotel lobby or a resort check-in. It is a front door, a lit interior, and the immediate sense that the week ahead belongs entirely to you.
The home is built to accommodate groups and families with generous space across multiple bedrooms, shared living areas designed for long evenings together, and a fully equipped kitchen where meals can unfold at your own pace. The layout invites both togetherness and privacy, with enough room for everyone to find a quiet corner or converge around a central gathering space. Architectural details reflect the character of Old Town, where historic structures meet modern mountain living. Large windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding terrain, while the interiors balance comfort with a clean, considered aesthetic. A private hot tub offers a place to settle in after a day on the slopes or trails, and outdoor spaces extend the home's footprint into the mountain air.
Park City's Old Town is one of those rare neighborhoods where history, culture, and outdoor recreation overlap without competing. Main Street runs just steps away, lined with independent restaurants, galleries, and shops housed in buildings that date back to the town's mining era. In winter, world-class skiing at Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort sits within easy reach. Summer opens up a network of hiking and biking trails that wind through aspen groves and alpine meadows. The Sundance Film Festival transforms the town each January, and year-round, the local dining scene holds its own against much larger cities. Abode on Cloud 9 places you inside all of this without sacrificing the seclusion of a private home.
What stays with you is the rhythm of the place. Mornings spent around the kitchen island with coffee and no agenda. Afternoons returning from the mountain to find the house warm and waiting. Evenings where the group reconvenes, the hot tub steams against the cold air, and the conversation picks up exactly where it left off. Abode on Cloud 9 is less a place to stay and more a place to be together, with Park City unfolding just beyond the door.

There's something quietly thrilling about a place that feels both brand new and deeply settled into its surroundings. This four-level residence at the quiet end of Lowell Avenue manages a tricky balance—modern construction with genuine cabin warmth—and the result is a home that doesn't perform luxury so much as simply inhabit it. The open layout moves you naturally between gathering spaces, each with its own mood: a gourmet kitchen that actually invites cooking, a lower-level media room with wet bar for nights that turn inward, a rooftop hot tub with panoramic Old Town views for when they don't. It's a property built for groups who want togetherness without being on top of each other, with enough levels and corners that someone can disappear into the loft sectional while others fire up the patio grill. The walkability to Town Lift and Main Street means the mountain is close but never intrusive—Park City stays at arm's reach until you want it closer.

We had 3 generations of our family there over Thanksgiving. The layout offers privacy for everyone, as well as a nice, open gathering space. The house is modern and clean and well-equipped. Great location that is walkable to Main Street and convenient to the ski resorts. We enjoyed our stay.

We were truly on Cloud 9 staying here. It was BEAUTIFUL, so easy and close to the resort and Main Street. We didn't want for ANYTHING on our stay. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Abode Cloud 9 for our annual ski trip. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed for our vacation ( extra points because the beds and couches are incredibly comfortable). Location is amazing- walkable to town and lifts. It is about a 2 minute walk to a ski-in/out access to Town Lift and about a 5 minute walk to Mountain Village. Management was super accommodating, helpful and responsive. The 4th bedroom has two twin bunk beds (one normal length and one a little bit shorter). This room would be good for two adults or four children. Overall I would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait until we can return!
