Felt very rested and peaceful. Very grateful to my friend who recommended.

There is something unexpectedly striking about a home built from shipping containers. The Luxury Container Home takes the raw geometry of repurposed steel and transforms it into a residence that feels both architecturally bold and genuinely comfortable. Clean lines, modern finishes, and an industrial edge give the property a character that conventional vacation rentals rarely achieve. This is a place designed for guests who appreciate thoughtful design and want their accommodations to feel like more than just a place to sleep.
The interior spaces are finished to a standard that belies the structure's industrial origins. The home accommodates guests with well-appointed living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms that balance minimalism with warmth. Large windows and open layouts allow natural light to move freely through the space, softening the container framework and creating rooms that feel generous and airy. Every detail has been considered, from the fixtures to the furnishings, resulting in a cohesive design language that runs throughout the property.
What sets this home apart is how much of the experience unfolds outdoors. The rooftop patio is the property's defining feature, offering an elevated gathering space for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply settling into the open air with no particular agenda. It is the kind of space that naturally draws guests upward, rewarding them with a vantage point that shifts the scale of the stay. On the ground level, a private pickleball court adds an unexpected and welcome layer of activity. Whether you arrive as a competitive player or someone picking up a paddle for the first time, the court invites a playful energy that keeps the property from ever feeling too still or too serious. It is a rare amenity for a private rental and one that tends to define the rhythm of a group stay.
The Luxury Container Home is built for guests who want something different. Not different for its own sake, but different in a way that feels intentional: a home where architecture, outdoor living, and recreation converge into something memorable. Days here have a loose, unhurried quality. You cook in. You play. You climb the stairs to the rooftop as the light changes. The container walls that once carried cargo across oceans now hold something quieter and more personal: the texture of a stay you will not easily forget.

There's something disarming about a place that's built from repurposed containers yet manages to feel genuinely warm—not performatively rustic, not trying to prove anything. The earthy tones and natural light do the heavy lifting here, creating an interior that feels connected to the Texan landscape rather than imposed upon it. It's an open, unhurried space where sustainability isn't a talking point but simply how the place was made. The rooftop patio shifts the whole experience upward, giving you that wide Texas sky as a kind of ambient companion. And then there's the pickleball court, which sounds like a footnote but actually says a lot about the spirit of the stay—it's playful, unpretentious, a little unexpected. This is a property for people who want something genuinely different without sacrificing comfort, and whose idea of luxury has more to do with thoughtfulness than thread count.

Great value, for that price I would have expected less, but it was above my expectations for sure!

Great stay

This was such a beautiful little spot. We had never stayed in a container home before and this was a good experience. There were plaques all over the walls explaining different functions of things you could use around the house and the rooftop balcony was so beautiful. The property is out on land so little critters and bugs are around and the water had a little bit of a smell but other than that the stay was peaceful and relaxing! We would definitely stay again! There is also a homestead community right behind the property that is AMAZING! They have all kinds of things to do and a delicious waffle place.

The location is amazing, love being off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy all the neat places in waco. The place was really comfy and welcoming. Great for a couple or small family get away.
