My group was looking for a secluded and private home. This was so perfect for us. Size, private, view weee all incredible.

The Fulton Resort announces itself not with grandeur but with generosity. This is a property built around the simple, irresistible premise that the best getaways are the ones where no one has to leave. A spacious residential retreat designed for groups, it stretches across its grounds with the kind of amenity density that turns a weekend stay into something closer to a private compound experience. The layout is open, intentional, and oriented entirely around outdoor living and play.
At the heart of the property sits a multi-court recreation area, a defining feature that sets the Fulton Resort apart from typical vacation rentals. Whether the game is pickleball, basketball, or something improvised by the group, the courts anchor the energy of the stay. Nearby, a hot tub offers a place to unwind after a competitive afternoon, while a fire pit area draws guests together once the sun drops. These aren't afterthoughts or decorative amenities. They are the architecture of the experience itself, spaces designed to hold long conversations, shared meals, and the kind of unhurried hours that define a trip worth remembering.
The residence itself provides comfortable accommodations for groups, with enough space and privacy to let everyone settle in without crowding. The interiors are clean and functional, outfitted for the practical realities of group travel. A well-equipped kitchen supports communal cooking, and generous living areas allow the group to spread out or come together as the day dictates. The property operates with the understanding that a great rental home isn't just about the beds and the bathrooms. It's about how easily the space lets people be together.
What lingers after a stay at the Fulton Resort is the rhythm of it. Mornings are slow and self-directed. Afternoons belong to the courts and the sun. Evenings gather naturally around the fire pit, the sky wide and open above. It is a place built not for solitude but for the rare, restorative pleasure of having everyone you want to be with under one roof, with nowhere better to be.

What gets you here is the scale of it — 300 acres of southern Pennsylvania mountain land where the views reach across four states, which sounds like an exaggeration until you're standing on that wraparound deck and it isn't. The property leans into natural wood and generous windows rather than making any grand architectural statement, and that restraint feels right; the landscape is doing the heavy lifting. There's an easy, unpretentious rhythm to the place — a multi-court for friendly competition, a fire pit where evenings tend to gather themselves around crackling flames and open sky. It's the kind of retreat that suits families and friend groups who want proximity to real wilderness without roughing it, where the night quiet is genuine and the morning light over the peaks isn't something anyone had to design.

Gorgeous property with picturesque views, plenty of space for a large group, and a hot tub. Lots of nature (we loved how private it was!) but also just a short drive to Berkeley Springs for antiquing, breweries, and spas. Thank you Landon for hosting us!

The cabin was a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable space for our large family. We felt right at home - the layout, amenities and furniture provided a space for us to easily relax as a group and enjoy our time away. Landon was an outstanding host - he was proactive with information and expectations, followed up to make sure we had what we needed and responded quickly to any requests. We hope to go back again!
