What we love about this stay
The Burnham Building's courtyard pool is the real draw here — grab a lounger by late afternoon when the sun drops below the roofline and the light softens against that exposed brick. Three bedrooms means you can travel with friends without compromise, but claim the room closest to the interior wall; it's quieter and the brick detailing is best there. You're three blocks from Broadway, which sounds close until you've done it in heels — wear something walkable and save the statement shoes for the suite. Skip the tourist-packed honky-tonks on Lower Broad on weekends; hit them Tuesday or Wednesday when actual locals sit in. The real magic is returning to this place after a night out — the industrial loft glow, the quiet, the sense that Nashville is right outside but can't quite reach you.

We had an amazing stay at this spot in Nashville! The location was perfect, close to all the downtown attractions and great restaurants!<br/>The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. <br/>Whether you’re visiting for the music, the food, or just to enjoy the city, this place is a fantastic choice. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville!

The rooms were beautiful and super clean, beds were very very comfortable. Super convenient to have different bathrooms for each room so you didn’t have to share and had privacy. Location was perfect as it was close to central locations and we were able to walk everywhere. The only downside was the locking system of the entire hotel. Every door has an electronic lock where you use an app on your phone to unlock and then it has a 6-8 digit number where you can use a key pad to unlock the door as well. Slightly inconvenient as every door (hotel entrance, pool entrance, stair well, room door, back door, etc) is a different code and only 1 person is able to unlock with the app and any additional people have to use the codes and keypads. No fault of the Airbnb owner, just how the property functions as a whole. My dad is 58 and got to the location while I was still on the plane and it took him 20 minutes to figure out the locking system as the #8 on the keypad wasn’t working properly.

Great place to stay, walking distance to all the restaurants & clubs. The Country Music Hall of Fame was just about 2 blocks away. I definitely recommend staying! We loved it!

We cannot recommend this place enough! It was cutely decorated and an amazing location. We were able to walk to Broadway each day, which saved a lot of money on Ubers. We had some difficulty with the virtual key, but the hosts were so responsive that they made the process easy to figure out. The place was clean and spacious enough for seven girls to have their own beds. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again!

Made my 25th birthday convenient and fun! Easy access from the street as well made it quick to get in after a long night. Pool area was a great setup and the communication from the team was quick
