This is the best desert oasis, perfect to disconnect and relax. The home is spectacular and designed so beautifully, while also making you feel at home. Definitely recommend

Ren House announces itself not with grandeur but with proportion. The residence unfolds as a considered composition of clean lines, natural materials, and an openness to the surrounding landscape that feels deliberate rather than decorative. Floor-to-ceiling glass draws the outdoors inward, and the interior design favors warm tones, organic textures, and a restrained palette that lets the setting do the talking. This is a luxury nature retreat designed for small groups, families, or couples seeking privacy without isolation, a home base where every room feels connected to the world just beyond its walls.
The pool serves as the property's social and visual anchor, its surface catching light and framing views of the surrounding greenery. Nearby, a spa area offers a more intimate counterpoint, a place to slow the day's rhythm with soaking and stillness. Indoor living spaces are generous and thoughtfully appointed, with comfortable gathering areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and sleeping quarters that balance openness with a sense of enclosure and calm. The design throughout favors livability over spectacle. Furniture is chosen for comfort as much as form, and the overall effect is one of a home that has been carefully edited rather than filled.
Much of the experience at Ren House is shaped by the outdoors. The grounds invite morning walks, afternoon reading in the shade, and evenings spent poolside as the light changes. The property's connection to nature is not metaphorical. Trees, birdsong, and open sky are constant companions, and the architecture consistently defers to its environment. Whether you spend your days exploring the surrounding area or never leave the property at all, the setting rewards attention and rewards rest in equal measure.
What stays with you after a visit to Ren House is the rhythm it establishes. Days here are shaped not by itineraries or programming but by the subtle shifts of natural light, the pull of warm water, and the unhurried pleasure of a space that asks nothing of you. It is a retreat in the truest sense, a place where time loosens its grip and the world outside the gates recedes to a comfortable distance.

There's a discipline to Ren House that feels rare in desert retreats — the sleek black exterior against raw stone and wood, the polished concrete underfoot, the minimalist restraint that lets the landscape do the emotional work. When that massive glass wall slides open, the distinction between shelter and wilderness genuinely dissolves, and you're left sitting in something that feels less like a house and more like a frame for the high desert itself. It's not trying to soften the terrain or domesticate it. The starkness is the point, and the comfort exists in quiet tension with it. That fire pit at night, the pool catching light against all that dry, open nothing — it stays with you precisely because it refuses to be anything other than exactly where it is.

Absolutely serene! Beautiful. Had an issue with the hot water going out and they sent someone within 15 minutes. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Amazing house in Yucca Valley. Spent 4 days in this place and didn’t have to leave for anything. Felt completely immersed in the desert. Beautiful views and the pool is amazing. The outside shower in the master bedroom is the highlight. Only negative I would say is the location of the garbage bins. They’re a bit far, which makes it tricky to dispose of trash at checkout. Other than that, this place is a perfect stay. Would absolutely come back!

Wow! This home truly looked like the pictures and did not disappoint. We loved its location and proximity to nearby destinations including Joshua Tree and Pioneertown. The home itself is private and designed and decorated beautifully. The outdoor amenities were also as described. Gorgeous pool and hot tub! There is a lot of information provided on the ins and outs of everything we’d need during our stay which was very helpful. We’d definitely go back!

What an incredible stay! We are very picky when it comes to Airbnb, and this stay was absolutely magical. Waking up to that view, the privacy and seclusion. So peaceful! The outdoor tub and shower was an unforgettable experience. The whole stay felt as though I was in a nature bubble living between indoor/outdoor. The jacuzzi/pool feels like you’re swimming in the middle of nowhere with nothing around. Just incredible! This is a MUST STAY! Absolute 5 star perfection.
