This home is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need and they add personal touches to make you feel at home. Dont second guess renting!

The approach tells you everything. The road narrows, the trees thin, and then the land opens into something generous and unhurried. The View at Stoney Acres sits at the kind of elevation where the horizon feels earned, a private residence perched above rolling terrain with sightlines that stretch in every direction. The property is built around that panorama, with living spaces oriented toward the landscape and an outdoor footprint designed to keep you outside from morning through the last light of evening.
The home itself offers a comfortable, well-appointed layout with space enough for families or small groups traveling together. Large windows pull the surrounding views into nearly every room, and the interiors strike a balance between warmth and simplicity. But the real draw is what waits beyond the doors. A private pool anchors the outdoor experience, set against the open landscape with unobstructed views that make even a quiet afternoon swim feel expansive. Nearby, a hot tub offers a more intimate vantage point, particularly striking after dark when the sky opens up overhead. The outdoor living areas are generous, with space for gathering, grilling, and settling into the kind of long, aimless evenings that only happen when the setting cooperates.
This is a property shaped by its geography. The elevation and exposure create a sense of removal that feels immediate upon arrival. There is no noise from neighbors, no visual clutter on the horizon. The surrounding landscape shifts with the seasons and the time of day, moving through soft morning haze, bright midday clarity, and the deep amber tones of sunset. It is the kind of place where the view itself becomes the primary amenity, and the house is designed to stay out of its way.
The View at Stoney Acres is not a resort, and it does not try to be. It is a private home with the right bones and the right position, a place where the days unfold according to your own rhythm. You cook when you want, swim when the light is right, and let the hot tub carry the conversation into the evening. What stays with you afterward is not any single detail but the accumulated effect of time spent in a place where the landscape does most of the talking.

What gets you here is the quiet authority of the landscape — Pennsylvania farmland that doesn't perform for you but simply exists, rolling and open, indifferent to whether you're watching. The property leans into that energy rather than competing with it. Large windows blur the line between interior and exterior, letting pastoral views do the work that most rentals ask their décor to handle. There's a balance of rustic warmth and contemporary ease inside that feels considered, not styled — plush furnishings near a fireplace, a kitchen that invites actual cooking, a sunroom that earns its name. Outside, a private pool and hot tub sit within that expansive yard without cluttering it. It's a place that suits people who want to feel genuinely away — not resort-away, but somewhere-quieter-than-your-life away. The nearby town of Mifflinburg adds just enough texture without pulling focus. What stays with you is the stillness, and how naturally it arrives.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, everything about this home was perfect. Not only was the house very clean, it was also very well stocked with everything you could need. All you have to bring with you are your clothes and what ever food you will need during your stay. Most of the rooms have been recently renovated and the kitchen has everything any chief could ever want. The pool is awesome and spotless and it is obvious that it is new as well as the rear wraparound deck. Probably the best compliment I could give this home is that my 13 year old keep asking if we could buy it and live there. I didn't expect how great the mountain views would be . From any where on the back deck, hot tub and pool you have complete unobstructed views of the mountains and valley. Giving this home 5 stars is not enough. I t was the best Air BNB that we have stayed at so far. I look forward to checking out some of Landon's other homes for future trips
