This home is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need and they add personal touches to make you feel at home. Dont second guess renting!

The road climbs slowly before the landscape opens. Trees fall away, the terrain levels, and suddenly the view is everywhere. The View at Stoney Acres sits at the top of that reveal, a modern retreat perched on a private hilltop where the Ozark ridgeline stretches out in every direction. The architecture is clean and contemporary, with large windows designed to frame the surrounding panorama rather than compete with it. Inside, the space is warm and considered, balancing open-plan living with a sense of intimacy that makes the home feel less like a rental and more like a place someone built for exactly this kind of living.
The property sleeps up to ten guests across its well-appointed bedrooms, making it a natural fit for families, friend groups, or small gatherings that benefit from both togetherness and room to breathe. The kitchen is fully equipped for communal cooking, and the open living areas flow naturally toward the outdoors. But it is outside where the property truly comes into its own. A private pool offers long afternoons under wide skies, while the hot tub provides a quieter counterpoint, particularly compelling after sunset when the hills go dark and the stars sharpen overhead. A fire pit area extends the evening further, drawing guests outside with the kind of easy, unhurried rhythm that only comes from having nowhere else to be.
The surrounding landscape is quintessential northwest Arkansas, a region that has evolved dramatically in recent years while holding onto the natural beauty that has always defined it. The Ozarks here are lush and rolling, and the area offers access to hiking, mountain biking, and lake activities that reward both the adventurous and the contemplative. The property's elevated position gives it a feeling of remove, a sense that you have arrived somewhere genuinely apart from the everyday, while still remaining within reach of the restaurants, breweries, and cultural offerings that have made this corner of Arkansas increasingly magnetic.
What lingers most about The View at Stoney Acres is the proportion of it all. The home is generous without being excessive. The views are sweeping but never feel distant. The days here tend to settle into their own pace, organized around the pool, the kitchen, the fire pit, and the slow drift of light across the hills. It is the kind of place where mornings begin quietly on the deck with coffee and end with the kind of sky that makes you stop mid-conversation and just look.

What gets you here is the quiet authority of the landscape — Pennsylvania farmland that doesn't perform for you but simply exists, rolling and open, indifferent to whether you're watching. The property leans into that energy rather than competing with it. Large windows blur the line between interior and exterior, letting pastoral views do the work that most rentals ask their décor to handle. There's a balance of rustic warmth and contemporary ease inside that feels considered, not styled — plush furnishings near a fireplace, a kitchen that invites actual cooking, a sunroom that earns its name. Outside, a private pool and hot tub sit within that expansive yard without cluttering it. It's a place that suits people who want to feel genuinely away — not resort-away, but somewhere-quieter-than-your-life away. The nearby town of Mifflinburg adds just enough texture without pulling focus. What stays with you is the stillness, and how naturally it arrives.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, everything about this home was perfect. Not only was the house very clean, it was also very well stocked with everything you could need. All you have to bring with you are your clothes and what ever food you will need during your stay. Most of the rooms have been recently renovated and the kitchen has everything any chief could ever want. The pool is awesome and spotless and it is obvious that it is new as well as the rear wraparound deck. Probably the best compliment I could give this home is that my 13 year old keep asking if we could buy it and live there. I didn't expect how great the mountain views would be . From any where on the back deck, hot tub and pool you have complete unobstructed views of the mountains and valley. Giving this home 5 stars is not enough. I t was the best Air BNB that we have stayed at so far. I look forward to checking out some of Landon's other homes for future trips
