We really enjoyed at stay at Daniel’s apartment. It’s in a great location with lots of shops, food, and drinks within walking distance. The apartment was comfy and homey and offered everything that we needed. Daniel was very friendly and communicable, and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this space and Daniel!

I lived near Daniel's place previously, so was glad to find a perfect spot for my four-night stay. Daniel's place had everything I needed, while being in the wonderful, walkable Hawthorne neighborhood. Even though it's a busy area with restaurants, shops and lots of people out and about, the apartment was very quiet. Daniel was super-responsive and checked in with me several times to make sure everything was okay. The price was very affordable for a good-sized apartment with a living room/eating area/full kitchen and upstairs bedroom. Daniel made it easy to drop my bag off before the regular check-in time and to check out a bit later. Will definitely stay here again when I'm visiting family and friends in Portland.

My husband and I stayed here for just one night. We were in the area for a wedding and had time to be in Portland for a day. This was a great unit! Lots of space. The best part is the location. There’s so many good eats that are a walkable 10min distance. We felt super safe walking even at night.

This sweet little apartment was perfectly situated in the Hawthorne neighborhood. Completely walkable and bikable. Everything was as expected and it was great to be able to do laundry during our 8 day stay. Daniel was super responsive and flexible about checking out an hour later. <br/>Things to know, the kitchen is well equipped, but there's very little counter space. There are stairs as soon as you open the front door. The bathroom is upstairs on the third floor with the bedroom. The laundry is in the basement of the main house straight ahead when you step out the front door. Street parking is right at times as it's a popular restaurant and nightlife area, but we didn't have to drive around for long before finding something within a block or two. The bed is a fairly comfortable foam mattress, plenty of pillows. The bedroom does have curtains over the blinds for blocking morning light.<br/>Overall, I recommend this spot and would absolutely stay here again.
