Great communication. Nice place. Great beds. Lots of amenities. Great location.

The mountain arrives at your doorstep. Abode at the Peak occupies the upper reaches of Deer Valley's Pinnacle community, a five-bedroom condominium positioned for direct ski-in, ski-out access to one of North America's most celebrated resorts. From the moment you step inside, the scale registers immediately. Vaulted ceilings and walls of glass open to panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, while the interior unfolds with the warmth and generosity of a proper mountain home rather than a standard resort unit. This is a residence designed for groups and families who want to be close to the lifts without sacrificing space, comfort, or a sense of genuine arrival.
The living areas are built for gathering. A spacious great room anchors the main level, where a fireplace draws the household together after a day on Deer Valley's meticulously groomed runs. The kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings when the group prefers to cook in, with ample counter space and seating that keeps the cook connected to the conversation. Five bedrooms spread across the home offer privacy and flexibility for larger parties, accommodating up to twelve guests comfortably. A private hot tub provides the kind of end-of-day decompression that becomes a nightly ritual, the cold mountain air sharpening the contrast against the warm water as the valley settles into evening light.
Deer Valley itself needs little introduction. The resort's reputation for limited daily skier visits, immaculate grooming, and refined mountain hospitality sets it apart from its neighbors. The Pinnacle location places you in the upper village, connected to the Silver Lake and Empire Canyon trail systems. Beyond the slopes, Park City's Historic Main Street offers a concentrated stretch of restaurants, galleries, and independent shops, all within a short drive. The town carries a particular energy during ski season, animated by the proximity of world-class terrain and a dining scene that punches well above what most mountain towns deliver. Summer opens an entirely different landscape of hiking, mountain biking, and wildflower-filled meadows across the same ridgelines.
Abode Park City manages the property with the kind of local expertise and attentiveness that transforms a vacation rental into something more considered. Concierge services, equipment delivery, grocery stocking, and local recommendations are part of the offering, allowing you to settle into the rhythm of the mountains without the logistics getting in the way. What stays with you is the feeling of a home that earns its altitude. The views stretch long, the rooms stay warm, and the mountain is never more than a few steps away.

There's a particular generosity to the way this place is laid out — vaulted ceilings, walls of windows pulling the Wasatch right into the room, gathering spaces that feel genuinely designed for people to linger together rather than retreat to separate corners. It's a ski property that doesn't lean into rustic cliché; the furnishings and details suggest someone with real taste made deliberate choices. The gas fireplace anchors the living area in a way that makes evenings feel unhurried, and the dedicated boot dryer and ski racks signal a home built by people who actually ski, not just admire mountains from a distance. It's the kind of place where a group of five couples or a sprawling family can coexist comfortably without anyone feeling like they drew the short straw on rooms — and that matters more than most people admit.

We thought the house was in a fantastic location, clean and had more than enough room for 8 adults and 3 kids. We took the free city bus on the main street which come every 10 or so minutes, and within 1 stop was at Deer Valley and other direction bus took you to Park City (there's an express bus or regular one that is 10-15 min trip). The one going toward Park City will also take you to Main Street where tons shops/restaurants are in (1st stop). Overall we loved the place. <br/>The downsides were that there were couple of things not functioning correctly or broken. I told them about them when it came to our attention. They said they would fix them, but I decided to forego fixing them while we were there. The stove had a huge crack across the top but worked fine. The bbq grill did not have the component to attach propane tank, and the right side was damaged. This was a bummer because we had bought foods to grill one night.
