Place was great and close to everything

Some houses are designed for rest. This one was designed for nights you talk about for years. The Morrison announces itself not with grandeur but with intention, a residence built around the premise that the best getaways are the ones where the group never has to leave. From the moment you step inside, the architecture of entertainment reveals itself: a private karaoke room, a dedicated home theater, and a backyard built for long afternoons that stretch effortlessly into evening.
The interior spaces are generous and considered. The karaoke room offers a self-contained stage for the kind of uninhibited performances that only happen among close friends, complete with professional-grade equipment and moody lighting that transforms the space into something that feels more like a downtown lounge than a spare bedroom. The home theater provides a cinematic counterpoint, a darkened room fitted for movie marathons and late-night screenings where the outside world simply ceases to exist. Common areas are open and comfortable, with enough seating and gathering space that the house breathes easily whether you are hosting twelve or settling into a quieter weekend with four.
Outside, the backyard is The Morrison's defining gesture. An outdoor oasis anchored by a pool and lounge area, it creates a private resort atmosphere that rewards those who want sun, water, and open sky without the complication of crowds or reservations. The layout encourages a natural rhythm: mornings by the pool, afternoons drifting between the theater and the kitchen, evenings that begin with music and end wherever the group's energy takes them. It is the kind of outdoor space that feels equally suited to a milestone birthday celebration and a low-key reunion among old friends.
The Morrison is a residence that understands a specific kind of travel, the kind where the destination is each other. It does not compete with what is outside its walls. Instead, it gives you every reason to stay in, to sing too loudly, to watch one more film, to float a little longer. The house is the itinerary, and by the time you leave, you will already be planning when to come back.

There's a specific kind of energy here — not a hotel's polished hush, but the buzzy, generous warmth of a house that was designed around the idea of people actually enjoying each other's company. The game room, the speakeasy-style lounge, the private theater with karaoke — it all sounds like a lot, but the design pulls it together with a confidence that feels curated rather than cluttered. What stays with you is the push and pull between social and quiet: a pool table challenge one moment, a hot tub under the night sky the next. It's a Nashville house that understands the city's own rhythm — loud, soulful, then suddenly still — and mirrors it behind closed doors.

it was a wonderful stay we enjoyed it. We will stay again. There is traffic from the freeway that you can hear at night and that would be the only issue with the property. But we enjoy the property felt right at home and I would really recommend this property.
