Smelt great, beds were comfortable, and music was even playing when we walked in. Highly recommend!

The Hubb House announces itself not with grandeur but with generosity. This is a residence designed around gathering, a place where the best moments happen on the way to somewhere you never quite leave. From the moment you step inside, the layout reveals its intentions: open living spaces that encourage lingering, a kitchen built for communal cooking, and bedrooms that feel like private quarters within a shared home. The furnishings strike a balance between comfort and character, with enough personality to feel curated and enough ease to feel lived-in.
The rooftop lounge is the property's defining feature, an open-air perch that transforms the simple act of sitting outside into something worth remembering. Whether you settle in during the golden hour or under a canopy of stars, the space feels purpose-built for unhurried conversation, a glass of something cold, and the particular satisfaction of being slightly above it all. The hot tub sits nearby, a warm counterpoint to the open air, perfectly positioned for late-night soaks when the rest of the world has gone quiet. Together, the rooftop and hot tub create a kind of gravitational center for the stay, the place where groups inevitably reconvene after a day spent apart.
Inside, The Hubb House is arranged with a thoughtful sense of proportion. The common areas are spacious enough to host without feeling cavernous, and the bedrooms offer enough separation to make rest feel genuinely restful. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook at home, and the living areas invite the kind of sprawl that only happens when a space feels truly comfortable. There is nothing overly precious here. The design favors warmth and function, with textures and tones that keep things grounded.
What stays with you about The Hubb House is the rhythm it creates. Mornings are slow, spent padding between the kitchen and the living room with coffee in hand. Afternoons drift toward the rooftop or into whatever the surrounding area offers. Evenings circle back to the hot tub, to the lounge, to a table crowded with plates and conversation. It is a residence that understands the difference between a place to stay and a place to be, and it lands firmly, warmly, on the side of the latter.

There's a particular kind of personality that comes through when a space is curated by someone who actually lives in it—not staged by a design team chasing trends, but assembled with real taste and a sense of occasion. This Nashville townhome carries that quality. The interiors feel considered without being precious, with textures and tones that suggest someone who knows how to host well and values comfort as much as aesthetics. It sits in Cumberland Heights, close enough to Broadway's pull that the city feels accessible but far enough that you return to something quieter. The rooftop, with its hot tub and open seating facing Nashville's skyline, is where the property really distinguishes itself—not as spectacle, but as a place where an evening can simply unfold without needing a plan.

We loved the HUBB HOUSE! So much space, beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen and such an amazing rooftop patio!!! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. Hallson Hospitality was very easy to communicate with and I was beyond pleased with this home.

Great Airbnb! The area is definitely “up and coming” but an easy 15 minute Uber and you are at Broadway. The rooftop deck is the best part of the place, but the rooms were also spacious, gorgeous kitchen. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Nashville!
