House was exactly as advertised. Short cab rides to broadway and other Nashville destinations. We loved the rooftop area for relaxing in the sun. House was equipped with everything we needed.

Tucked into the rolling landscape near Midway, Utah, The Wildflower announces itself with a sense of casual grandeur that feels rare for a private residence. The home opens into warm, light-filled spaces where modern farmhouse design meets mountain-town ease. Vaulted ceilings and generous windows frame views of the surrounding terrain, while natural textures and clean lines give every room an unhurried, grounded quality. This is a home built for gathering, with interiors that feel both polished and deeply livable.
The layout invites a kind of easy togetherness. Multiple bedrooms are spread across the home, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind, making it well suited for families or groups of friends traveling together. Common areas flow naturally from the kitchen into open living spaces, offering room to cook, lounge, and linger without ever feeling crowded. But the true signature of The Wildflower is what waits above and outside. A private rooftop deck extends the living space skyward, offering an open-air perch where the Utah sky stretches wide in every direction. A hot tub sits ready for evenings spent soaking under the stars, while a fire pit anchors the kind of nights that tend to stretch longer than anyone planned. These outdoor spaces transform the home from a comfortable rental into something more memorable, a place where the best hours happen after the sun drops behind the mountains.
Midway itself is a small town with outsized access to the Wasatch Back's best offerings. Depending on the season, the surrounding area delivers world-class skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and access to natural hot springs. The Homestead Crater, a geothermal spring housed inside a limestone dome, is just minutes away. Park City's dining, shopping, and cultural scene sit within easy reach, while the quieter rhythms of Heber Valley provide a welcome counterpoint. The Wildflower's location allows guests to engage with all of it or none of it, choosing adventure or stillness on their own terms.
What stays with you about this home is the way it balances generous scale with genuine intimacy. The rooftop becomes a living room. The hot tub becomes the evening's centerpiece. The fire pit draws everyone in closer. The Wildflower is not trying to replicate a hotel experience. It offers something a hotel cannot: a private home where every detail has been considered, where the outdoors feels like an extension of the interior, and where the mountains set the pace for everything that follows.

There's a particular kind of quiet confidence to a place that feels like a home but operates at a higher frequency. The Wildflower reads as someone's carefully considered vision of how a Nashville stay should feel — modern lines softened by warm textures, a kitchen that actually invites cooking, bedrooms designed as genuine retreats rather than afterthoughts. It's a townhome with the soul of a boutique hotel, minus the lobby and the strangers. What sets the mood apart is the rooftop: a hot tub and fire pit elevated above the city, where Nashville's energy is something you absorb rather than dodge. It suits the group that wants proximity to everything but a place to come back to that feels genuinely theirs.

Wonderful stay. Out of the city being nice and quiet but close enough to do everything in the city if you’d please. Would 100% come stay again. Having a garage was amazing and super convenient!
