The place is very modern and beautiful, plenty of room , quiet neighborhood, perfect location and close to downtown restaurants and nightlife not walkable though, our stay was peaceful and relaxing and enjoyable, thank you for the wonderful welcome packet and incredible hospitality, when we hit Nashville again we will definitely book this stay again

All and all it was everything I expected. The place was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I could find was the sink in the lower level was slow to drain so there would be toothpaste residue in there all the time.<br/>This next issue, no fault to Brandon, but I tried to get a later check out time the evening prior to checking out, and I thought I was able to schedule it for an extra two hours but to my surprise the cleaning crew was there right at 10am. So we had to spend a couple hours longer at the airport. But it afforded me an opportunity to write this review.

Wonderful home! Well-stocked kitchen! Clean and comfortable. Super responsive hosts. The perfect location for us (walking distance to our son's house). A note for people with our same profile... The best sleeping spaces (large rooms and bathrooms) are upstairs. It made sense for our adult kids and their 3 young children to occupy the 2 upstairs rooms together. That put us older folks in the garage-level room. The dimensions of that bedroom and bathroom are a bit cramped and probably better suited for youngsters and teens. This is not criticism, just an observation. We would definitely rent this home again.
