Beautiful home we had a amazing stay!

There is a particular kind of stillness that belongs to well-designed private homes. Not the silence of emptiness, but the calm of a space where every surface, every angle, every material has been considered. M House by Fieldtrip is that kind of residence. A modern retreat built around open living, natural light, and the simple pleasure of having nowhere else to be. The architecture is clean and contemporary, with large windows that blur the boundary between indoors and out, drawing the landscape into each room as though it were part of the furnishing.
The home centers on a private pool and spa, the gravitational point around which days here tend to organize themselves. Mornings begin poolside with coffee and sun. Afternoons drift between the water and the generous living spaces inside, where the interiors hold a warm minimalism: thoughtful finishes, comfortable seating, and a layout that feels both spacious and intimate. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who prefer to cook at their own pace, and the dining area invites lingering meals that stretch well past sundown. Every room carries the same design language, modern without being cold, spare without feeling austere.
M House accommodates groups and families with ease, offering multiple bedrooms and flexible gathering spaces that feel private without being isolating. The outdoor areas extend the living footprint considerably, with lounge seating, al fresco dining options, and the kind of open-air breathing room that makes a vacation rental feel meaningfully different from a hotel. The spa adds a layer of indulgence that shifts the stay from comfortable to restorative.
What stays with you after M House is the rhythm of it. The way mornings feel unhurried, the way evenings settle gently around the pool as the light changes. It is a home designed not to impress but to hold you, to let the days unspool at whatever tempo feels right. The architecture gives you permission to do very little, and to feel entirely satisfied by it.

There's a particular kind of quiet that happens when architecture stops competing with its surroundings and simply steps aside. M House does this remarkably well — polished concrete underfoot, expansive glass walls that treat the desert landscape less like a backdrop and more like a roommate. The minimalism here isn't performative; it feels earned, like every material was chosen because it belongs in this climate, this light. You notice the absence of clutter before you notice anything else, and that absence is the whole point. The pool and spa sit outside like they were always part of the terrain, and evenings have a way of pulling you outdoors without much convincing. It's a place built for people who understand that restfulness isn't passive — sometimes it takes a very intentional space to remind you what stillness actually feels like.

带着太太跟儿子环游美国,所有的住宿里面,这个房子豪华程度排第一,而是价格还不夸张。服务很热情,游泳池非常好,特别适合家庭入住,比住洛杉矶市区要好太多!

Beautiful home I absolutely loved it!

My husband and I loved staying at Fieldtrip. The house was very clean and cozy. The down fall was not heating the pool. We thought we would be ok with heating but that did not work. The water was just 67 degrees. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely recommend the house to friends.
