This was our second time staying at this home! The home fit all of my family members comfortably. The pool was nice and big! All listed amenities were present. Host was quick and responsive via email or text! Thanks again!!

You arrive to a landscape that feels deliberately emptied of everything nonessential. The sky stretches broad and pale above the Coachella Valley, and Desert Spring by Fieldtrip sits at the edge of it all, a private eight-bedroom estate designed for groups who want space without sacrificing togetherness. The architecture reads clean and contemporary, low-slung against the desert floor, with large windows and open living areas that pull the outdoors in. This is not a hotel. It is a full-property takeover, a residence scaled for families, friendships, and celebrations that need room to breathe.
The grounds center around a resort-style pool and spa, the kind of private outdoor space that becomes the gravitational heart of any stay. Sun-drenched lounging areas surround the water, and the desert light does what it always does here: makes everything look sharper, warmer, more intentional. Inside, the living spaces are designed with a modern, pared-back sensibility. Eight bedrooms accommodate up to sixteen guests, each room furnished for comfort rather than spectacle. A fully equipped kitchen anchors the communal areas, making the property well suited for groups who prefer to cook together, gather over long meals, and let the days unfold without a fixed itinerary. The interiors balance openness with enough separation that a house full of people never feels crowded.
Fieldtrip, the hospitality company behind this property, specializes in design-forward vacation homes that function as private retreats. Their approach prioritizes clean aesthetics, thoughtful layouts, and the kind of amenities that quietly elevate a stay. Desert Spring reflects that ethos. The property sits within reach of Palm Springs and the broader desert communities, giving guests easy access to the restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and cultural offerings that have made this region a destination for decades. Joshua Tree National Park lies to the northeast. The El Paseo shopping district in Palm Desert is nearby. The surrounding area carries a particular energy, a mix of mid-century design heritage, creative community, and the raw beauty of a landscape shaped entirely by heat and light.
What stays with you after a visit to Desert Spring is the rhythm of it. Mornings by the pool before the heat fully arrives. Afternoons spent indoors or exploring the valley. Evenings that stretch long and unhurried under a desert sky that darkens slowly and dramatically. The property gives your group a home base that feels both generous and contained, a place where the days belong entirely to you.

It's the scale of it — generous enough for eight bedrooms, yet designed so that solitude and togetherness coexist without anyone having to negotiate. The interiors feel drawn from the ground beneath them, all terracotta and sage and natural stone, warm without trying to impress. You sense the desert here not as backdrop but as collaborator: the dry mineral air, the silence, the way the pool holds the day's warmth into the evening. This is a property built for groups who actually like each other — milestone celebrations, creative retreats, weeks where the point is simply being together with intention. The Coachella Valley setting gives it texture beyond the walls, but honestly, most of the magic lives right here, in the stillness between the palms and that ink-dark sky you won't stop thinking about.

This was a perfect place to celebrate with a large group, with all the amenities we hoped for. The property management team at Fieldtrip was responsive and supported with anything we couldn’t figure out remotely. The home and backyard are beautiful and private, and we definitely want to make it back. Thank you.

On our trip to Palm Springs we had a large group of 14 and at first concerned with how well everybody would fit in the space. Once we got there, we were blown away. This Airbnb is better than the photos show. The pool is very big and Jacuzzi sits many no problem. We were able to fit three cars in the garage and three cars in the driveway. There is no street parking but that wasn’t an issue. This Airbnb has everything you need. I stayed in the Kaseeta with my boyfriend and our two other friends stayed in the attached room. It was lovely. I definitely would love to stay here again and will be recommending to others.
