This was such a beautiful place ,spacious, and very clean. I loved my stay and would defiantly visit again

There is a particular kind of quiet that belongs to a house designed with intention. At ZeroOne by Stay Awhile Villas, that quiet announces itself the moment you step through the entrance and find yourself surrounded by considered architecture, clean sightlines, and the kind of spatial generosity that makes time feel less urgent. This is a private residence built for slow days and unhurried gatherings, where every room opens outward and the boundaries between interior and exterior dissolve into something seamless.
The villa's layout favors openness without sacrificing intimacy. Living spaces are expansive and light-filled, anchored by modern furnishings and a material palette that feels warm rather than austere. A fully equipped kitchen invites long, collaborative meals, while the dining area accommodates the kind of lingering conversations that only happen when no one is watching the clock. Bedrooms are private retreats in their own right, each designed with comfort and rest as first principles. The outdoor spaces extend the living area naturally, with a private pool serving as the property's centerpiece. Lounging areas surround it, offering the sort of effortless arrangement where afternoons drift from a swim to a drink to a nap in the shade without any real decision-making required.
What distinguishes ZeroOne is the sense that every detail has been considered by someone who understands how guests actually live in a space. This is not a villa that demands admiration from a distance. It is designed to be used, touched, inhabited. Towels are where you expect them. The kitchen works. The pool is close enough to the living room that you can hear music from the speakers while floating on your back. It is the kind of property that rewards presence rather than performance, where the architecture serves the experience rather than the other way around.
By the end of a stay here, you carry with you less a memory of any single grand gesture and more a cumulative feeling. The morning light across the pool. The weight of a good book in the afternoon heat. The way evenings cooled and conversations deepened around the outdoor table. ZeroOne is a residence that understands the rarest luxury is not spectacle but rhythm, the easy cadence of days shaped by nothing more than your own inclination.

What strikes you first isn't the scale of the property—though nearly two and a half acres on a Malibu bluff is genuinely rare—it's the way the land itself feels curated without feeling managed. Over 300 trees, fruit orchards, vegetable gardens: this is an estate that lives and breathes, not just a manicured backdrop. The saltwater pool, the bocce court, the driving range—they're scattered across the grounds in a way that rewards wandering rather than scheduling. Inside, the interiors stay quiet enough to let those panoramic ocean views do the real work. It's the kind of place where the distinction between indoors and outdoors softens until it barely matters, and departure feels more like an interruption than an ending.

Absolutely phenomenal property. The grounds were pristine, extremely tranquil, peaceful, you can cook dinner with fresh herbs from the herb garden, pull lemons off of the tree, swing in the rope swing overlooking the pacific ocean. All around the property was just immaculate couldn’t have asked for more and it had great energy as well which is important to us.

Everything went great since check in to check out. Stay Awhile’s team is really professional and offered a great service. The house is even more beautiful in real! Everything was super clean, the view is amazing, the furnitures were beautiful! You feel home straight!
We couldn’t have found better!
The location is a bit further away from the main activities and restaurants but it does offer a lot of privacy!
The pool is gorgeous!
I think they should heat it before the guest arrival to ensure full satisfaction!
Everything was perfect!!!
