Nice place in the heart of so many activities that we included during our trip (e.g., Tar Pits, The Grove, Auto Museum, Hollywood Attractions, Studio Tours). Would stay here again.

A palm-lined street in one of Hollywood's most storied neighborhoods sets the stage long before you step inside. The Perfect Hollywood Townhouse is a contemporary multi-level residence designed for guests who want to live in Los Angeles rather than simply visit it. Clean lines, open layouts, and floor-to-ceiling windows give the interiors a sense of lightness and proportion that feels distinctly Southern Californian. This is not a hotel experience dressed up as a home. It is a home, fully realized, with the kind of design sensibility and spatial generosity that makes settling in feel immediate.
The townhouse spans multiple levels, offering distinct zones for rest, gathering, and unwinding. Living areas are furnished with a modern eye, balancing comfort with visual restraint. A fully equipped kitchen anchors the communal space, making it easy to cook a proper meal or lay out provisions from nearby markets. Bedrooms are private and well-considered, each outfitted with quality linens and the kind of quiet that a well-built residence affords. Outdoor space extends the living area, giving you room to breathe in the open air without ever leaving the property. The overall effect is one of ease and autonomy, a place where every hour of the day feels yours to shape.
Location is central to the experience. Situated in Hollywood, the residence places you within reach of the restaurants, galleries, and cultural landmarks that define this part of the city. The Walk of Fame, Griffith Observatory, and the neighborhoods of Silver Lake and Los Feliz are all close at hand, while the broader sprawl of Los Angeles unfolds in every direction. Whether you are here for work, an extended stay, or simply to experience the city at your own pace, the surrounding area provides a rich and layered backdrop without demanding anything of you.
What lingers about The Perfect Hollywood Townhouse is not a single detail but a rhythm. Mornings feel unhurried. Afternoons drift between the indoors and out. Evenings settle in with the particular warmth of a place that already feels like yours. It is the kind of residence that rewards presence, where the pleasure is not in spectacle but in the simple, rare luxury of feeling genuinely at home in a city that so often resists it.

What strikes you first is the tension between the noise outside and the quiet within — a brand-new townhouse that feels genuinely composed, sitting right in the thick of Hollywood's restless energy. The interiors lean modern and clean-lined but aren't cold; there's a softness to the textures and furnishings that makes lingering feel natural, not performative. It's the kind of place where you can walk to the Walk of Fame in minutes, duck into a sidewalk café, and then return to something that feels distinctly yours — three bedrooms, a proper kitchen, a private balcony watching the city do its thing after dark. Two parking spaces sound mundane until you remember this is Los Angeles, where that detail alone is a small luxury. It suits the traveler who wants Hollywood's proximity without its posturing.

Excellent accommodation and hosts!!! Highly recommend!!!
Hosts- Very responsive, clear, and organized. Coordinated for in-person check-in and provided numerous referrals and other assistance prior to arrival.
Location- Great location in West Hollywood only minutes walk away from restaurants, stores and Walk of Fame. We rented a car as we went all across the city during our stay.
Accommodation-Very clean and beautifully designed modern 3 bedroom townhouse with separate full bathrooms and attached garage. The amenities were great(garage door opener, door keypad, washer/dryer, coffee station, bottled waters, pots/pans, etc…). The upstairs patio was beautiful with TV, BBQ, and couches, as well as view of the Hollywood sign in the distance. We got to enjoy it with no other neighbours on their upstairs patios which was lucky.
Overall it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely stay at this location again!

We enjoyed our stay with Stay Awhile! They were quick to respond to inquiries leading up to and during our stay. The property was spacious, well-stocked and clean. There's also a great rooftop equipped with a TV, couch & dining table. Would recommend for anyone visiting LA!
