Nice place in the heart of so many activities that we included during our trip (e.g., Tar Pits, The Grove, Auto Museum, Hollywood Attractions, Studio Tours). Would stay here again.

There is a particular pleasure in staying somewhere that feels like a home rather than a hotel, where the front door is yours alone and the neighborhood unfolds at your own pace. The Perfect Hollywood Townhouse is that kind of place. A multi-level residence tucked into one of Hollywood's residential stretches, it welcomes you not with a lobby or a concierge desk but with a sense of immediate belonging. The interiors are clean-lined and considered, furnished with a designer's eye for proportion and comfort. Light fills the open living spaces, and the layout moves fluidly between floors, offering the rare combination of togetherness and privacy that only a well-designed home can provide.
The living area anchors the experience, with comfortable seating, a dining space suited for long meals with friends, and a kitchen equipped for those who prefer to cook on their own terms. Whether you are assembling a simple breakfast before heading out or preparing a full evening spread with market ingredients, the space invites you to settle in rather than simply pass through. Bedrooms are appointed with quality linens and a restrained palette that keeps things calm without feeling sparse. There is an ease to the way the rooms are arranged, each one offering a sense of retreat without feeling disconnected from the rest of the home.
Hollywood, in this context, is not the spectacle of the boulevard but the quieter residential texture that surrounds it. The townhouse sits within reach of the restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood bars that locals frequent, while the broader cultural attractions of Los Angeles remain easily accessible. Griffith Park's trails, the restaurants of Silver Lake and Los Feliz, and the energy of West Hollywood are all part of the surrounding orbit. This is a base for exploring the city with the freedom and flexibility that a private residence provides, without the formality or impersonality of a traditional hotel stay.
What lingers about The Perfect Hollywood Townhouse is the feeling of having your own corner of the city. The mornings are unhurried. The evenings are yours to shape. It is a place where the rhythm of your stay is entirely self-directed, and the design of the space supports that freedom at every turn. For those who travel to live rather than to be hosted, this is the kind of address that quietly recalibrates what a stay in Los Angeles can feel like.

What strikes you first is the tension between the noise outside and the quiet within — a brand-new townhouse that feels genuinely composed, sitting right in the thick of Hollywood's restless energy. The interiors lean modern and clean-lined but aren't cold; there's a softness to the textures and furnishings that makes lingering feel natural, not performative. It's the kind of place where you can walk to the Walk of Fame in minutes, duck into a sidewalk café, and then return to something that feels distinctly yours — three bedrooms, a proper kitchen, a private balcony watching the city do its thing after dark. Two parking spaces sound mundane until you remember this is Los Angeles, where that detail alone is a small luxury. It suits the traveler who wants Hollywood's proximity without its posturing.

Excellent accommodation and hosts!!! Highly recommend!!!
Hosts- Very responsive, clear, and organized. Coordinated for in-person check-in and provided numerous referrals and other assistance prior to arrival.
Location- Great location in West Hollywood only minutes walk away from restaurants, stores and Walk of Fame. We rented a car as we went all across the city during our stay.
Accommodation-Very clean and beautifully designed modern 3 bedroom townhouse with separate full bathrooms and attached garage. The amenities were great(garage door opener, door keypad, washer/dryer, coffee station, bottled waters, pots/pans, etc…). The upstairs patio was beautiful with TV, BBQ, and couches, as well as view of the Hollywood sign in the distance. We got to enjoy it with no other neighbours on their upstairs patios which was lucky.
Overall it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely stay at this location again!

We enjoyed our stay with Stay Awhile! They were quick to respond to inquiries leading up to and during our stay. The property was spacious, well-stocked and clean. There's also a great rooftop equipped with a TV, couch & dining table. Would recommend for anyone visiting LA!
