Perfect stay next to many wineries and golf courses. The house has so many amenities and was well maintained

Villa Verdot announces itself not with grandeur but with space. The kind of space that invites a deep breath on arrival, that lets a group of twelve spread out without losing one another. This is a six-bedroom estate designed around the pleasures of togetherness and the equal pleasure of finding a quiet corner alone. The architecture is generous and grounded, with open living areas that flow naturally toward the outdoors, where the property's true character reveals itself across manicured grounds, a private pool, and a full tennis court.
Inside, the six bedrooms offer comfortable, well-appointed retreats for couples or families, each with enough separation to provide genuine privacy. Common areas are built for congregation: a large kitchen suited to collaborative cooking, dining space that accommodates the full group without crowding, and living rooms where evenings settle into conversation. The interiors favor warmth over formality, with furnishings that feel collected rather than curated, lending the property an atmosphere closer to a well-loved family home than a staged rental. It is a house that wants to be used.
Outdoors, the estate stretches into its most compelling offering. The swimming pool serves as a natural gathering point, flanked by lounging areas where afternoons dissolve without agenda. The tennis court adds a rare layer of activity for a private residence, inviting friendly competition that punctuates days otherwise devoted to stillness. The surrounding grounds provide room to wander, and the transition between indoor and outdoor living feels seamless, with multiple points of access that encourage movement between the kitchen, the pool deck, and the garden throughout the day.
Villa Verdot is the kind of property that shapes the rhythm of a stay rather than simply accommodating it. Mornings begin slowly at the kitchen counter. Afternoons split between the pool and the court. Evenings gather everyone back around the table for meals prepared together. It is a house that rewards the decision to stay in, to let the property itself become the destination. For groups seeking a private estate with genuine room to breathe, this is where the week slows down and the days start to feel longer than they are.

What strikes you about Villa Verdot isn't the square footage or the amenity list — it's the way four acres in Temecula wine country can make a group of people feel both expansive and intimate at once. The estate has a generous, unhurried quality, where the main house, bunkhouse, and guest casita give everyone room to drift apart and come back together without anyone feeling managed. The design leans elegant but livable, with sun-filled rooms and windows that pull the rolling vineyard landscape inside. It's the kind of place where the kitchen naturally becomes the center of gravity, and evenings settle around the fire pit with a quietness that feels earned after a day spent among local wineries. Best suited for families or close friends who want togetherness without the friction of being on top of each other — the rare property where space itself becomes the luxury.
