Place was amazing , I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again...

The approach sets the tone: a quiet neighborhood tucked into the slopes of Canyons Village, close enough to the Frostwood Gondola that the mountain feels like an extension of the front door. Abode at Viridian is a residential retreat built for groups and families who want the full sweep of a Park City season without sacrificing comfort or space. The architecture reads as modern mountain, clean lines softened by natural materials, with interiors designed to hold the warmth of a long day spent outside.
The home itself is generous in scale, laid out across multiple levels with an open living area anchored by a fireplace that becomes the natural gathering point after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped for those mornings when breakfast happens in stages, coffee first, then something more substantial as the group assembles. Bedrooms are configured to give everyone their own retreat within the larger residence, a balance of togetherness and privacy that defines the best mountain houses. Outdoor space extends the living area, offering views of the surrounding terrain and a hot tub that earns its place on cold evenings when the sky opens up above the ridgeline.
What distinguishes the location is its dual identity. Winter brings immediate access to the expansive terrain of Park City Mountain, with the Frostwood Gondola a short walk from the front door. The transition from living room to lift line is measured in minutes, not logistics. When the snow melts, the landscape shifts to golf courses and hiking trails, the same proximity that serves skiers in January rewarding cyclists and golfers through the summer months. Canyons Village itself offers dining, shopping, and a social energy that keeps the area from feeling remote, while the residence provides a retreat from that energy whenever it is needed.
Managed by Abode, the property comes with the kind of concierge support and local knowledge that turns a vacation rental into something more considered. Grocery delivery, restaurant reservations, ski equipment, lift tickets, and the small logistical details that can derail the first day of a trip are handled before arrival. The result is a residence that functions with the ease of a hotel but retains the intimacy and independence of a private home. You settle in quickly here. The mountain is right there, the house holds everyone comfortably, and the rhythm of the days finds itself without much effort.

What strikes you first is the duality — this is a place built for motion and stillness in equal measure. The contemporary townhome sits right at the seam between golf course greens and ski gondola, which gives it a rare seasonal versatility that most mountain rentals can only gesture at. But it's the interior rhythm that holds your attention: four ensuite bedrooms spread across a layout with two living areas, so a group can fracture and reconvene naturally without anyone feeling crowded. The picture windows pull in the Canyons Golf Course and surrounding peaks not as decoration but as atmosphere, shifting the room's entire mood with the weather. Slipping into the private hot tub with those rolling greens as your backdrop feels quietly earned after a full day. It's the kind of place that rewards groups who actually like spending time together.

I can't say enough fantastic things about our stay in Park City. From the time we arrived until the time we left, we received world-class, five star service from Abode. They accommodated everyone of our requests and each room had their own personal added touches included from Abode. The location of the house is incredible - you're steps (<100 yards) from the lifts, three minutes drive from the grocery store, and less than a 10 minute drive from the main street in town. Everything inside the house, from the appliances, dish-ware, pots and pans, to the towels and bed linens were luxurious. In addition, our family of eight never had any issues or shortage of hot water. Given my great experience, I know I will return to Park City and will be staying at an Abode property as well as other properties they manage throughout the US!
