Great house for a long weekend in Nashville!

There is a particular kind of city stay that feels less like checking in and more like borrowing someone's favorite apartment, the one with the good light and the rooftop you never want to leave. The Sunflower is that kind of place. Managed by Hallson, this residence sits just minutes from the energy and spectacle of Broadway, offering a foothold in the city that feels personal rather than transactional. The interiors are warm and inviting, designed with comfort and livability in mind, bright spaces where natural light moves through the rooms and every detail feels considered without being fussy.
The defining feature here is the rooftop patio, an open-air retreat that extends the living space upward and outward. It is the kind of spot where mornings begin slowly with coffee and evenings settle into something unhurried, the skyline providing a backdrop that shifts with the hour. Whether you are planning a full day of theater and dining or simply want a place to return to that feels genuinely welcoming, the rooftop transforms The Sunflower from a convenient base into something more memorable.
Inside, the residence is outfitted for an independent, self-directed stay. A full kitchen allows you to cook on your own terms, and the living areas are spacious enough to feel like home rather than a hotel room dressed in someone else's taste. The layout accommodates both quiet downtime and social gatherings, making it well suited for couples, small groups, or anyone who values having real space to spread out. Thoughtful touches and modern amenities keep the experience comfortable without overwhelming simplicity.
The proximity to Broadway anchors the stay in one of the most vibrant stretches of live performance anywhere. Restaurants, bars, and cultural landmarks are all within easy reach, and the surrounding streets carry the kind of energy that makes walking feel like its own form of entertainment. But what lingers after a stay at The Sunflower is not the proximity to any single attraction. It is the rhythm of the days themselves, the way the rooftop catches the last of the light, the way the apartment feels like yours by the second morning, the particular ease of a city stay that never tries too hard.

There's a particular energy to staying in East Nashville that hotel corridors can't replicate — you're folded into the neighborhood rather than observing it from a distance. The Sunflower leans into that feeling with an open, warm interior that reads more like a well-designed home than a rental, where sleek furnishings meet genuine comfort across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. What lingers most is the rooftop patio with its firepit, the kind of space where a group settles in and loses track of time with the city skyline stretched out ahead and the faint hum of Broadway somewhere below. It's a property that suits people who want Nashville on their own terms — close to the music and the restaurants, but with a private, unhurried base that feels distinctly theirs.
