Great place in a great location. Perfect for our group.

There is a particular kind of ease that comes with a home that asks nothing of you but to settle in. The Azalea is that kind of place. A thoughtfully appointed private residence designed for guests who want proximity to dining, nightlife, and neighborhood energy without sacrificing the comfort of having their own space. From the moment you step through the door, the layout feels intuitive and unhurried, a home calibrated for both gathering and retreat.
The interiors strike a clean, contemporary note. Living spaces are furnished with comfort in mind, offering room to spread out whether you are hosting a quiet evening in or regrouping between outings. The kitchen is fully equipped for those mornings when coffee and a slow start take priority over plans. But the true draw lives upstairs. The rooftop is The Azalea's defining feature, an open-air perch that extends the living space skyward and offers a vantage point that rewards both daytime lounging and evening drinks. It is the kind of space that reshapes the rhythm of a stay, pulling you outside and giving every hour a slightly different quality of light.
The location is the other half of the equation. The Azalea sits within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and nightlife, making it an ideal base for guests who prefer to explore on foot rather than behind a windshield. The surrounding neighborhood rewards curiosity, with enough variety in dining and entertainment to fill several evenings without retracing your steps. That walkability is not incidental to the experience; it is central to it. The residence was chosen precisely because of what surrounds it.
What stays with you after a few nights at The Azalea is the balance it strikes between independence and immersion. You have a home that feels genuinely yours for the duration of the stay, with a rooftop that quietly becomes the backdrop for the trip's best conversations. And just beyond the front door, a neighborhood that keeps offering reasons to step outside.

There's a particular kind of ease that comes from staying somewhere that feels designed around how you actually want to live, not just how you want to be impressed. The Azalea sits in East Nashville's creative, slightly unpolished orbit—a neighborhood that rewards wandering—and the townhome mirrors that energy with interiors that balance modern restraint and genuine warmth. Soft leathers against crisp linens, rooms each with their own quiet personality. It's the kind of place where four bedrooms don't feel like excess but like breathing room, where a group can scatter and reconvene without stepping on each other's rhythms. The rooftop, with its firepit and skyline views, becomes less a feature and more a gravitational center—a place you keep returning to at different hours, in different moods. What lingers isn't any single detail but the feeling that you were briefly, comfortably embedded in a city rather than just visiting it.

Can't say enough great things about the high level of service provided by The Hallson Hospitality Co. Not only were they extremely accommodating with check-in and check-out, they responded immediately to a small glitch we had with garbage disposal. Communication was as good as texting with your best friend - quick, easy and friendly.
The property is gorgeous. It was spotless, spacious, and stylish with everything you need. It was the perfect location; minutes from great food and shopping in East Nashville, and 10-15 minutes to downtown. Could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much HHC!

We were in town for a couple of concerts, and this worked perfectly for us.
(+)The location is convenient. 10 minutes to downtown. We walked back from Nissan Stadium, which was a little bit of a hike but faster than waiting for an Uber when 60,000 people left at the same time. From Bridgestone we were able to get an Uber back easily. We also walked to Snooze, other diners are a short drive. As a group of guys, we had no concerns walking through near by neighborhoods, but a group of ladies might think differently about walking around at night.
(+/-)We had some issues with wifi, but after resetting the router that cleared up.
(-)There's really not a place to sit and work, but 95% of their guests are not there to work. Somewhat thin walls.
Would stay here again. Overall, this place is nice. I give it five stars from the bang for your buck standpoint. You don't go in expecting the Four Seasons. They did an excellent job of delivering what you would expect.
