What we love about this stay
Claim the master suite — the soaker tub after a salt-air day at Siesta Key is the kind of quiet indulgence you'll think about long after checkout. Don't rush to restaurants every night; pick up gulf shrimp from the locals at Captain Brian's and use the outdoor grill around golden hour, when the backyard light filters through the palms and the heated saltwater pool turns glassy and warm. After dinner, skip the screens and sit at the fire pit — Sarasota's winter evenings have a particular stillness that rewards you for staying put. One outing worth your time: the Ringling's courtyard at midday, when the crowds thin and the Italianate architecture hits differently under direct Florida sun. This villa works best when you resist overscheduling and let the place do what it's built to do.

My family and I (5 adults) had a wonderful time at Landon's house. This was one of the best AirBnb's we've stayed at. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Central location. This house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, about 10 min to downtown, 15-20 to the beach and airport. I saw bus stops on the main road a few blocks away.<br/>Very clean--it even met my mother's expectations!--and well-stocked, including supplies for a day at the beach. The pool was sparkling and warm. We had many meals sitting on the patio. The house itself is gorgeous. Beds super comfortable and the bedrooms are very private.<br/>We spent a couple of days at Lido Beach because it was an easy drive. No problem finding parking. This was our first time on the Gulf side of FL and the water is amazing. Warm and blue with gentle waves.<br/>For restaurants: Fish Camp is fun. Indigenous was creative and yummy. The location and comfort of this house made our visit extra pleasant and we hope to return!

The house was conveniently located and easy to find and access. The interior was spectacular: clean, fully outfitted, and elegantly designed. The furnishings were luxurious and seemed brand new. The backyard was private and the pool was divine. I can't say enough good things about this property. Landon was responsive, thoughtful, and attentive. We loved his recommendations about places to eat and things to do and see. You can't go wrong with this beautiful accommodation and delightful host.

This house is amazing, as you can see in the photos.<br/>The Master Bedroom with the bathroom is the “highlight”, although all the home is very well decorated and well preserved, looks like new.<br/>Landon was very careful and gracious. <br/>Totally recommend this house!!!
