Great place that met our needs while in Nashville! Staff was extremely friendly and responsive.

The Blue Bungalow announces itself with the cheerful confidence of a home that knows exactly what it is. Painted in a striking shade of blue and set on a residential Nashville street, this four-bedroom house offers something increasingly rare in a city defined by its energy: a genuine neighborhood base within minutes of the action. Managed by Hallson, the property sits roughly seven minutes from Broadway, close enough to feel the pull of Nashville's most famous stretch of honky-tonks, live music venues, and late-night restaurants, yet far enough removed to sleep with the windows cracked.
Inside, The Blue Bungalow is designed for groups and families who want to spread out rather than stack up in hotel rooms. Four bedrooms provide space for up to eight guests, making it a practical choice for reunions, bachelorette weekends, or any trip where being together matters more than being waited on. The living areas are open and casually furnished, built for mornings that start slowly around the kitchen counter and evenings that end on the couch recounting the day. A full kitchen gives you the freedom to cook when you want to, stock the fridge with local finds, or simply brew coffee before heading out. The layout feels residential in the best sense, generous without unnecessary formality.
Nashville's appeal has always been its ability to surprise beyond the obvious. Broadway and the honky-tonks are unmissable, but the surrounding neighborhoods reward those willing to wander. East Nashville's restaurants and coffee shops, the leafy paths of Shelby Bottoms, the vintage shops along Gallatin Pike, and the growing collection of small-batch distilleries and breweries scattered across the city all sit within easy reach. The Gulch, 12South, and Germantown each offer their own distinct personality, from upscale dining to independent boutiques. Having a home base with this kind of proximity means you can move between them at your own pace rather than building a day around logistics.
What stays with you after a few nights at The Blue Bungalow is the simplicity of the arrangement. No lobby, no key cards, no scheduled breakfast. Just a bright, well-kept house on a quiet street, a front door you lock behind you, and one of America's most spirited cities waiting just down the road.

What strikes you about The Blue Bungalow isn't grandeur—it's the quiet conviction that a short-term stay can still feel like inhabiting someone's deeply considered taste. The interiors thread Southern warmth through a modern lens: curated art that nods to Nashville's musical DNA, plush textures that soften every surface, natural light doing most of the atmospheric work. It feels less like a rental and more like a friend's place, if that friend had an impeccable eye and happened to live walking distance from 12 South's boutiques and cafes. The proximity to Broadway is close enough to feel the city's pulse, but the bungalow itself holds a stillness that makes coming back at the end of the night genuinely appealing. It's a property that understands the best Nashville trips need a counterweight to all that honky-tonk energy.

We had a really great time staying here! Comfortable, and easy to get to the places we wanted to see!

Our daughter graduated from Belmont University this weekend and this place is so convenient-basically across the street and a walk through campus and close to where our daughter lives! Super quick and easy to communicate with!

Brandon and his team are great. He has multiple homes on this street, it was cool to be close to other people exploring Nashville. This two bedroom has been updated and is very stylish! Parking is easy on the street or off street parking behind the house. The kitchen has all supplies you might need. The king bed is comfy and the bunk bed looked great. My pups and I enjoyed the warm weather in the back yard. This is an older (renovated) bungalow split into two units. I never heard the other renter and rarely saw them come / go. (Each unit has its own entrance). The Location is walkable to 12 South and a quick Uber or drive downtown. I extended my stay and would absolutely stay again! in this unit or in one of his larger homes with a group of friends. Stop looking, Book it!

Perfect tiny home for a quick weekend, close to everything so we weren't there too much. I would stay again.
