Awesome digs!

There is something immediately different about arriving to a space that belongs entirely to your group. No shared hallways, no quiet negotiations with neighboring guests. At Sleeps 12 • Exclusive Floor • Great for Groups, a Stay Portland property, the entire level is yours. The arrangement feels less like a hotel booking and more like unlocking a private residence in the heart of the city, one designed with enough room for twelve to spread out, gather, and settle into a rhythm that feels unhurried and genuinely communal.
The layout is built around togetherness without sacrificing personal space. Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to twelve guests, giving larger groups the rare ability to stay under one roof rather than scattering across multiple rooms or properties. Shared living areas anchor the experience, offering generous space to cook, plan the day, or simply linger over coffee without feeling cramped. The kitchen and common areas are designed for real use, not just display, making it easy for groups to prepare meals together or spread out with laptops and travel guides before heading into the city. It is the kind of setup that earns its value most clearly on the second or third morning, when the group has found its natural cadence and the space feels unmistakably like home base.
Portland provides a compelling backdrop for a gathering like this. The city's neighborhoods reward wandering, whether that means tracing the food cart pods and independent coffee roasters that define the local dining culture, browsing the bookshops and vintage stores that line many of its commercial streets, or simply walking the bridges that cross the Willamette River. The surrounding landscape extends the possibilities further, with access to the Columbia River Gorge, the Oregon coast, and the foothills of Mount Hood all within reasonable driving distance. A group of twelve can split up by day and reconvene by evening without anyone feeling they missed out.
What stays with you after a trip like this is not any single meal or outing but the accumulated ease of mornings and evenings spent in shared space. The exclusive floor model removes the friction that so often accompanies group travel, replacing it with something simpler: a place that feels like it was designed for exactly the number of people you brought.

What works here is the way the space holds a group without fragmenting it. Perched on the third floor between Alberta and Mississippi—two of Portland's most characterful corridors—this six-bedroom layout has the feel of a shared apartment that someone with genuine taste actually furnished, not a rental that's been optimized into blandness. There's a chic coherence to the rooms, each one its own quiet retreat with plush bedding and fine linens, yet the common areas pull everyone back together. The kitchen feels like it was designed for people who'd actually cook, not just reheat, and the proximity to Portland's food carts and local markets makes that impulse easy to act on. It suits the reunion, the old-friends weekend, the creative offsite—any occasion where being together matters more than being pampered. What lingers is less any single detail and more the feeling of a neighborhood that followed you indoors.

The pictures are definitely the same in person. Gorgeous 2 unit space. Beds were very comfortable and the living room was perfectly cozy to chill out and watch TV.
Aaron was amazing with communicating and always responded immediately to any all questions I had.
I know this is something he cannot personally fix, but be prepared for flights of stairs. There isn't an elevator. So hopefully you don't have many luggage. Also if you do have to get any groceries, bring your luggage to load them up to the unit.
Street parking only, we were lucky enough to get one in front each and every time. If I ever find myself back, would love to rebook.

Aaron’s place was perfect for our group of 7. The breakdown of the rooms per unit worked out great which gave everyone in the group the individual and group space we needed. The location was the perfect distance to the location of our conference which made getting there pretty quick. The spaces themselves were beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. Aaron was super attentive, responsive, and friendly. His instructions were clean and easy to understand. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Aaron!

Aaron's listing was great. A two-apartment listing with our entire floor. The property was clean, able to comfortably accommodate our party of 10 people, and only a short walk from a convenience store and many local cafes, bars, and restaurants. Aaron went above and beyond and was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags in the apartment prior to check-in time while we went for lunch and while the property was being prepared. Highly recommended. Thanks Aaron!
