Great place, will definitely stay again!

The approach sets the tone before you even step inside. 1115 Aerie #300 sits at an elevation that earns its name, with mountain views that stretch wide and uninterrupted from the living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape as though the architecture was designed around the vista itself. The interiors are clean and contemporary, warmed by natural materials and a layout that feels considered rather than cluttered. Light moves through the space generously, shifting the mood from morning calm to golden-hour warmth without any effort on your part.
The defining feature here is the private hot tub, positioned to take full advantage of the mountain panorama. It is the kind of amenity that reshapes how you spend your evenings and early mornings. After a day of exploration or a long drive in, you settle into the warm water with the ridgeline stretched out before you, steam rising into cooler air, and the sky doing most of the work. It is a simple pleasure, but one that becomes the ritual around which the rest of the stay quietly organizes itself. Inside, the residence is outfitted for genuine comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, allowing you to stock up on local provisions and eat at your own pace rather than adhering to any external schedule. The living area invites long stretches of reading, conversation, or simply watching the light change across the mountains.
The bedroom is a restful space designed with care, offering the kind of quiet that only comes with altitude and distance from the everyday. Bedding is thoughtfully chosen, and the overall feel is that of a well-edited mountain home rather than a generic rental. Everything here has been selected with intention, from the furnishings to the smaller details that signal someone cares about the experience without overdesigning it.
What stays with you after a night or two at 1115 Aerie #300 is the rhythm it creates. There is no front desk, no programming, no schedule. Just the mountain view from the window when you wake, the hot tub waiting when the day winds down, and the particular stillness that comes from being perched above it all. It is the kind of place where doing very little feels like exactly enough.

There's a quietness to the design here that feels deliberate—open living spaces that lean modern but never cold, with fireplaces that genuinely shift the mood of a room once evening sets in. Sitting at the foot of the Cascades, the property carries that particular Bend energy: close enough to town to feel connected, far enough to feel like a retreat. The balconies are the kind of detail that earns its place, framing mountain views that make a morning coffee feel like an event. And then there are the hot tubs, which with those panoramic sightlines become less amenity and more reason to stay. It's a property that suits small groups well—friends, families, the kind of gathering where a good kitchen and unhurried evenings matter more than a packed itinerary.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was brand new - in fact, we think we may be the first guests to stay here. Well appointed with everything you would need in a rental. The hot tub was a real treat. It is a three floor walk-up, so keep that in mind if you have small kids or a lot of luggage. There is room to keep sporting goods and bikes locked in the garage, but it is shared.

Third floor of a building in an area with tons of new construction. Close to trails and restaurants. Great hot tub.

Our stay was very good. Apt was in good shape and at good location. Would like to have better quality linens and better shower head. Overall had a good comfortable stay.
