Great place!!

There's a particular ease to arriving at a place that feels immediately livable. This one-bedroom residence from Stay Portland sits within comfortable walking distance of the city's most celebrated dining and brewing destinations, offering the kind of neighborhood immersion that no hotel lobby can replicate. The space is designed for guests who want to settle in rather than check in, with fast WiFi, a layout built around comfort, and the freedom to move through Portland at your own pace.
The apartment itself is outfitted with the essentials of a well-considered urban retreat. A dedicated bedroom provides separation from the living area, lending the space a sense of proportion that studios rarely achieve. The kitchen allows for morning coffee or a simple meal prepared with ingredients from nearby markets, while the living space offers room to decompress after a day spent exploring the surrounding blocks. It is not a grand or theatrical residence. It is a smart, clean, well-located home base that respects your time and your independence.
Location is the defining advantage here. Portland's vibrant brewery culture and restaurant scene are reachable on foot, placing you within easy reach of taprooms, neighborhood bistros, and the kind of casual, ingredient-driven dining the city is known for. The walkability transforms the stay from a place to sleep into a way of experiencing the city, where an afternoon stroll can lead to a new pour or an unexpected meal without ever needing a car or a plan.
What stays with you after a few nights at this Stay Portland residence is the rhythm it encourages. Mornings are unhurried. Afternoons unfold around the neighborhood. Evenings begin with a short walk to wherever the mood takes you. It is Portland distilled into its most approachable form, a private foothold in a city that rewards curiosity and rewards it best when you're free to wander.

What gets you here is the location — NW 23rd Avenue is one of those Portland corridors where the neighborhood does most of the talking — but what keeps you is the apartment's quiet sense of self. It feels genuinely curated rather than staged, with decor that nods to the city's offbeat character without overdoing it. Natural light fills the space generously, and there's a warmth to the textures and proportions that makes it feel less like a rental and more like a friend's well-kept place. The full kitchen is a nice anchor for nights when you'd rather cook than compete for a restaurant table, and the walkability means you rarely need a plan beyond stepping outside. It suits the kind of traveler who wants to feel embedded in a neighborhood rather than perched above it.

Conner’s place on 23rd worked out perfect. You’re close to all the great spots and easily walkable restaurants for Park hikes coffee shops and much more. Connor is a great host and the house was perfect.

Great location in the NW side of town. We found great restaurants and went to 4 different breweries walking distance from the place. The bus stop to downtown is 4 blocks away as well. If I’d ever come back to Portland, I’d stay here again.
