Jordan has been an awesome host twice! He’s very responsive and has a great place. If I’m ever in need of a cool airbnb in Portland again, I’ll stay for a third time

There is a particular kind of relief that comes with opening the door to a house that can hold everyone. NW Portland 8BR is that house. Spread across generous living spaces in one of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, this eight-bedroom residence was designed not for the solo traveler or the quiet couple but for the full crew, the reunion, the celebration that needs room to breathe. Step inside and the scale registers immediately. High ceilings, an open-plan kitchen, and communal living areas built to accommodate large groups without anyone feeling crowded into a corner. This is a proper home, not a partitioned apartment stretched beyond its means.
The kitchen anchors daily life here, spacious enough for multiple cooks to work side by side, with the counter space and equipment to handle meals for a dozen or more. Common areas flow naturally from cooking to dining to lounging, the kind of layout that lets conversation carry from one room to the next without raising your voice. Eight bedrooms mean that couples, families, and friends each get their own space to retreat to at the end of the night. The configuration makes it genuinely practical for groups that would otherwise need to book multiple hotel rooms or vacation rentals across town, losing the togetherness that was the whole point of traveling in the first place.
Northwest Portland rewards those who explore on foot. The neighborhood's tree-lined streets are dense with independent coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. The proximity to local dining means the group can split up for an afternoon and reconvene over drinks at the house before heading out to dinner, or skip the reservation entirely and cook together. The area's character is distinctly Portland: creative, slightly offbeat, and genuinely neighborhood-driven rather than tourist-facing.
What stays with you after a trip like this is rarely the thread count or the view from the window. It is the morning when everyone ended up in the kitchen at the same time, coffee in hand, no agenda, no checkout looming. NW Portland 8BR gives a group the rare luxury of staying together without compromise, a home large enough to hold the full occasion and intimate enough that it still feels like exactly that: a home.

What strikes you here isn't grandeur for its own sake—it's the way a four-level home in the Alphabet District manages to feel both expansive and intimate at once. Each floor carries its own mood, its own rhythm, which means a group of eight or more can scatter through the house and still feel like they're sharing something. The interiors lean into Portland's particular brand of sophisticated ease, modern but not cold, curated but lived-in. Two full kitchens invite parallel cooking sessions that become their own social event, and the private decks give you just enough distance from NW 23rd's energy to appreciate it without being consumed by it. It's the kind of place that rewards a group with good taste and no interest in hotel lobbies—where the city is right outside but never intrudes unless you want it to.

We had a lovely stay at Jordan's! It was perfect for our group of 12, with plenty of room to spread out and gather. Would definitely stay again!

The place was centrally located and massive. We had 14 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone felt comfortable and had pleanty of room. Great for walking around and exploring downtown Portland
