Clean, quiet and very good AC (was in mid 90's). Very responsive and accomodating host . Great location for the reason we were visiting! Thanks for all Austin!

The front door opens into the kind of home Portland does best. 4BR Portland Classic is a traditional craftsman-style residence just steps from Southeast Division Street, one of the city's most celebrated stretches of independent restaurants, coffee roasters, bakeries, and neighborhood bars. The bones are unmistakably early-century Portland: hardwood floors, generous natural light, and the kind of lived-in warmth that no amount of hotel design can replicate. This is a home that feels like it belongs exactly where it stands.
Four bedrooms provide comfortable space for families or groups traveling together, with a layout that allows for both togetherness and privacy. Shared living areas invite lingering mornings and unhurried evenings, while a full kitchen makes it easy to cook with ingredients picked up from nearby markets and shops along Division. The property carries the ease of a well-kept residence rather than a staged rental, offering the kind of functional comfort that becomes more appreciated with each passing day of a longer stay.
Southeast Division Street is the throughline here. The corridor has evolved into one of Portland's most dynamic neighborhoods, lined with acclaimed dining, craft cocktail bars, specialty coffee, and independent retail. The surrounding residential blocks remain leafy and walkable, offering a grounding sense of neighborhood life even as the energy of Division hums just around the corner. It is the rare setting where you can move between quiet mornings on the porch and vibrant evenings out without ever needing a car.
What stays with you is the rhythm of the place. 4BR Portland Classic doesn't try to impress with spectacle. It offers something harder to find: a real home in a real neighborhood, positioned at the doorstep of everything that makes Portland's southeast side worth returning to.

What gets you here isn't the house itself — it's the way it dissolves the line between staying somewhere and actually living there. The hardwood floors, the high ceilings, the locally sourced furnishings and curated art all feel like they belong to someone with genuine taste who happens to live on one of Portland's most interesting streets. SE Division is right outside, which means the energy of the neighborhood — the craft beer, the inventive food, the vintage shops — doesn't require a plan; it just happens when you walk out the door. A 94 WalkScore means you can leave the car behind entirely, which changes the pace of everything. The kitchen practically dares you to hit the nearby farmer's market and cook something worth remembering. It's the kind of place that rewards a group willing to spread out across four bedrooms and then come back together around the dining table, trading stories from a city that gave them plenty to talk about.

I'm from Portland and needed a place to stay for a work trip. Austin's place was exactly what I was hoping for; great spot in SE, walking distance to some of my old favorite bars and thrift shops, and close to a major bus line. The front porch was great for sitting after our long days downtown, and the inside is incredibly spacious, leaving plenty of room for myself and 2 colleagues, with another bedroom to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed and I was pleasantly surprised to have a/c in every room. I slept in the upstairs room with windows facing SE Division and I slept soundly. I would definitely stay here again!
