The house was as pictured and met all our needs

There is a particular pleasure in arriving at a home that feels both generous and considered. Maple Mansion on Tenth delivers that sense immediately, a spacious residence designed for groups and families who want to share their time without compromising on comfort. The architecture reads as classic and welcoming, with interiors that balance scale with intimacy, offering the kind of open, light-filled living spaces where conversation happens naturally and evenings stretch long.
The layout of Maple Mansion on Tenth is built around togetherness. Shared living areas anchor the home, providing ample room for gathering, cooking, and unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to prepare meals on their own terms, whether that means casual breakfasts before a day of exploring or leisurely dinners that become the highlight of the evening. Multiple bedrooms offer privacy and rest, each appointed with clean linens and the kind of thoughtful touches that make a rental feel closer to a personal retreat. The overall sense is one of space used wisely, where every room serves a purpose and no corner feels forgotten.
What sets a stay here apart is the freedom it affords. This is not a hotel experience shaped by schedules and service rituals. It is a home, and it moves at whatever pace you bring to it. Mornings might begin slowly with coffee on the porch. Afternoons might disappear into board games, reading, or simply doing nothing at all. The property provides the framework for a stay that feels genuinely personal, built around your own rhythms rather than someone else's programming.
Maple Mansion on Tenth is the kind of place that lingers in memory not for any single dramatic gesture, but for the accumulated warmth of shared days. The laughter that carried through the living room. The meal that turned out better than expected. The quiet satisfaction of finding a home away from home that felt, for a few days at least, entirely yours.

There's a particular kind of confidence in a property that leans into Southern warmth without performing it, and Maple Mansion on Tenth has that quality. The interiors feel considered rather than decorated—high ceilings and generous windows let the light do most of the work, while the furnishings carry a sense of intention, each piece chosen rather than placed. It reads as someone's deeply personal vision of elegance, not a designer's mood board. The gourmet kitchen is genuinely inviting, the kind of space that makes you want to cook something slow and share it at that dining table. And the private garden offers a rare stillness in the middle of Waco's energy. It's a home that feels like it belongs exactly where it is—rooted in Texas, refined on its own terms—and that specificity is what stays with you.

Lovely stay, booked for a small crew that was working in the area for a short time. Kenneth was great to work with.

We had 5 family members staying here for high school basketball games. The house was very clean and spacious, we enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The photos matches the house description. The house is located in downtown area near lots of restaurants, Magnolia Market, coffee shops and more. The locks on the house were difficult to lock and unlock from the outside. We were only able to get one backdoor to lock from the outside and that wasn't easy. This house is nice and kept up well but the houses around it are not. With all that being said, we would stay here again.

Clean space with lots of room for guests to each have their own space. Close to downtown Waco for good shopping and restaurants.
