We had a very lovely stay at this home one of the best homes we stayed at. Very close to downtown, multiple unforgettable beaches within 15 minute drive

There is something disarming about arriving at a place where nature has already done most of the design work. Serenity Springs is a private residence built around water in its most elemental forms: a personal pool that catches the light through the day, and a waterfall whose steady rhythm becomes the ambient soundtrack of your stay. The property feels less like a rental and more like a carefully composed escape, one where the architecture defers to its natural surroundings and every outdoor space is oriented toward immersion rather than spectacle.
The pool serves as the property's centerpiece, a private body of water positioned to feel both secluded and expansive. It is the kind of space that invites long, unhurried afternoons, where the only interruption is the sound of the nearby waterfall cascading over rock. The interplay between still water and moving water gives the grounds a layered quality, a sense that the property exists in quiet conversation with the landscape around it. Whether you spend your time poolside with a book or wander toward the falls for a closer look, the rhythm here is yours to set.
Indoors, the residence is designed for comfort without complication. The spaces are generous and well-appointed, offering the kind of privacy and ease that hotels rarely replicate. This is a home in the truest sense, one where you control the pace, prepare meals on your own terms, and settle into rooms that feel lived-in rather than staged. The layout encourages gathering and retreat in equal measure, with common areas that flow naturally toward the outdoors.
What stays with you after Serenity Springs is the texture of time spent here. Not the amenities listed or the features catalogued, but the particular quality of a morning by the pool before anyone else is awake, or the way the waterfall sounds different at dusk than it does at midday. It is a place that rewards stillness, where the most memorable moments are the ones you did not plan for.

What strikes you first isn't the pool itself — it's the sound. That gentle waterfall, framed by dense tropical landscaping, creates a sense of enclosure that feels rare for a private home, especially one sitting this close to Sarasota's coast. Serenity Springs operates on a particular frequency: unhurried, lush, slightly hidden. The open living spaces flow naturally toward outdoor dining areas that feel genuinely lived-in rather than staged, and the kitchen is the kind of space that actually invites cooking — not just reheating. It's a property that rewards those who want proximity to Sarasota's art scene and Gulf beaches without sacrificing the feeling of being wonderfully, quietly elsewhere.

Everything was really good, the house was clean and everything was setup perfectly for us when we got there. The only two things that could’ve been fixed is having wifi in the house and having a clean pool. But other than that everything was good we highly recommend. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay in Sarasota! The property is super modern and beautiful. We enjoyed it a lot! The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool is not very big but very nice.
We could find everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathrooms.
I would like to mention the coffee machine. It's super expensive and makes a perfect latte and cappuccino.
The owner has always been super helpful and responsive.
We are planning to come back to this property next time we are in Sarasota!
