Gorgeous place with stunning views! We had a blast celebrating my cousin’s bachelorette here. Highly recommend doing a sound path, the high ceilings are perfect for it!<br/>Thanks again for everything!

Casa Blanca by Fieldtrip is the kind of property that announces itself through proportion rather than ornament. The estate unfolds across a generous footprint, its white-washed architecture set against a landscape of natural boulder formations that give the property both its name and its grounding visual drama. There is a sculptural quality to the way the built environment meets the raw terrain, clean lines and warm minimalism framing the kind of open-air living that makes time feel less urgent.
The estate operates as a single booking, offering guests the full run of a private compound designed for groups, families, or gatherings that benefit from both togetherness and space. Interiors lean into a pared-back aesthetic with textured plaster walls, natural stone, and furnishings that feel considered without being precious. Bedrooms are spread across the property to allow for privacy, while communal spaces draw everyone back together around open kitchens, living areas, and outdoor dining. The spa facilities on site bring a wellness dimension that elevates the stay beyond a standard vacation rental. Guests can settle into treatments and rituals without ever leaving the grounds, a feature that shifts the property from a beautiful house into something closer to a private retreat.
Outdoor spaces are central to the experience. The pool area serves as a natural gathering point, framed by lounging areas and the estate's signature boulder landscape. Mornings here tend to stretch long, and evenings settle in with the kind of unhurried pace that only comes when there is nowhere else you need to be. The grounds offer enough room to wander, read, or simply sit with the quiet company of sky and stone.
Fieldtrip, the hospitality brand behind Casa Blanca, curates a portfolio of design-forward residential properties, each selected for its architectural character and sense of place. Casa Blanca fits that ethos naturally. It is not a hotel experience compressed into a house. It is a house that has been elevated with the hospitality instincts of a boutique property, from the quality of linens to the thoughtfulness of the layout to the spa offerings that feel like a genuine program rather than an afterthought. What stays with you is the sense of scale, the way the estate gives a group of people enough room to breathe while keeping everyone within the same warm orbit. The boulders remain long after you leave, not as a backdrop, but as the quiet, immovable thing that made the whole composition feel real.

There are properties that announce themselves loudly and others that simply let you arrive — this one feels like the latter. The details here aren't performative; they suggest a place that trusts its own identity enough not to oversell it. You sense a kind of quiet intentionality, a space designed less to impress on first glance and more to reveal itself over the course of a stay. It's the sort of place where the atmosphere does the heavy lifting, where you find yourself settling in faster than expected, not because everything is explained to you but because nothing feels forced. That unhurried confidence is what lingers.

This place doesnt look exactly like the pictures...it's even better!! The cold plunge pool and Jaccuzi were perfect and the "circle of love" couch allowed for enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. Every bedroom is equally great! Stop looking and book this place!!

Gorgeous place, easily as nice as the photos. Fieldtrip is highly responsive and reliable as a host. One thing to note is the HOA is fairly strict, requiring license plates, car makes and insurance info. However, this did NOT detract from our experience. We strongly recommend.

We had my bachelorette here and it could not have been more perfect. First— the living room is so perfect for just spending time and connecting. We called it “circle time” because it was a perfect circle for relaxing and chatting and also for our fun activities! The view out back is unmatched. The fact that you can see it from the living room is also just amazing. When i woke up in the master i had to take a photo because it was so gorgeous to see the sun rise over the rocks. I was so impressed with how well the home actually matches the photos. It is just as grand and exceptional as the listing makes it look. It’s not too far to get to pioneertown or Joshua tree to get food/drinks/go shopping, but we ended up only going out for 1 night because it was such a great place to hang out. We played games, went in the spa, dipped in the “cowboy tub” which was basically a cold plunge, and had the best time ever. I definitely recommend this spot.
