Awesome place, super clean and in perfect condition. With lot of extras to have a wonderful weekend. We will repeat!

Maplewood Haven announces itself not with grandeur but with warmth. The kind of place where the front door opens and the shoulders drop, where every room feels considered and every outdoor space feels like an invitation. This is a residential retreat designed around togetherness, built for the kind of trip where the house itself becomes the destination.
The interiors are clean and comfortable, furnished with a sense of ease that favors livability over showmanship. Generous common spaces encourage gathering, whether around the kitchen counter or the living room, where the layout draws people together rather than scattering them into separate corners. The accommodations are thoughtfully appointed, offering the kind of restful simplicity that lets you settle in quickly and stay awhile. But the true character of Maplewood Haven lives outside. The patio is the property's centerpiece, a generous outdoor living space anchored by a hot tub and an outdoor television, creating a setup that works equally well for lazy afternoons as it does for late-night conversations under the stars. It is the rare vacation rental where the backyard feels as intentional as the interior, where someone clearly thought about how guests would actually spend their hours.
Days here have a natural rhythm. Mornings start slow, coffee in hand, stepping out onto the patio while the air is still cool. Afternoons might drift between the hot tub and whatever is playing on the outdoor screen. Evenings build gradually, the kind where someone fires up the grill and no one checks the time. Maplewood Haven is not trying to replicate a hotel experience. It is offering something more personal, more grounded, more yours for the duration of your stay.
What lingers after a stay at Maplewood Haven is not any single feature but the cumulative feeling of unhurried days and easy nights. The hot tub after dark. The patio that somehow always felt like the right place to be. The sense that every detail existed not to impress but to make the hours feel a little more generous, a little more shared.

There's a particular quality to a place that doesn't try to be anything other than what it is — a cabin in the Pennsylvania countryside that happens to take comfort seriously. Maplewood Haven sits near Raystown Lake with the unhurried energy of somewhere designed for people who want to feel settled, not impressed. The details lean toward lived-in pleasure rather than spectacle: a hot tub under open sky, a Breeo fire pit you can actually cook over, a game room that gives groups something to orbit around. It's the kind of property where the turf yard and the patio feel like the real living rooms, and the indoors exist mainly to sleep well. What stays with you isn't any single amenity but the cumulative effect — that rare sense of being both pampered and genuinely unplugged.

Amazing place to stay and very fun for kids. Large driveway area behind the house which is really convenient if you are bringing a boat for Raystown.
Note that your GPS might direct you to the next driveway down the road if you put in the address (g00gle maps). Once you see the cabin from the road, however, you can’t miss it.
I plan to stay here again.
