THE NICEST place I have stayed in awhile! Lol Just hope it’s available for when I come back!

There is a particular stillness that settles over a well-appointed villa when the Mediterranean light finds its way through every window. Riviera Reserve by Stay Awhile Villas offers that kind of arrival: unhurried, private, and shaped entirely by the rhythms you set for yourself. This is not a hotel experience repackaged as a home. It is a residence designed for guests who prefer the autonomy of a private villa without sacrificing the finish and comfort typically associated with the finest boutique properties.
The villa unfolds across generous living spaces that balance indoor comfort with outdoor life. Interiors are considered and clean, with a palette that echoes the coastal surroundings rather than competing with them. Bedrooms are arranged to offer privacy and quiet, each finished with quality linens and the kind of restrained design that lets the setting do the talking. Common areas open naturally to the outdoors, where a private pool serves as the villa's centerpiece, surrounded by lounging space and framed by the warmth of the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to shop local markets and cook at their own pace, turning meals into one of the day's central pleasures rather than a scheduled event.
Stay Awhile Villas curates each property in its collection with an emphasis on location and livability, and Riviera Reserve is no exception. The residence is positioned to offer both seclusion and access, the kind of base from which days can stretch in any direction. Morning might begin poolside with coffee and the sound of cicadas. Afternoons might draw you toward the coastline, the villages, the markets, or simply back to the terrace with a glass of rosé and a book you have been meaning to finish. Evenings take shape around long dinners prepared at home or at one of the restaurants that define this stretch of the coast.
What stays with you after a week at Riviera Reserve is not a single moment but a feeling of proportion. The days are yours to fill or leave empty. The villa holds space for both. It is the kind of place where time loosens its grip and the only schedule worth keeping is the one dictated by sunlight, appetite, and the pull of the sea.

What strikes you first isn't the size of the villa or the designer finishes — it's the water. It's always there, visible through floor-to-ceiling windows, audible from the private dock, coloring the light in every room. This is a property that feels genuinely shaped by its waterfront position in Las Olas, not just adjacent to it. The interiors are modern but coastal-aware, the kind of design that doesn't fight its surroundings. There's a lived-in sophistication here, spaces that shift easily between quiet mornings with a book and evenings spent cooking something fresh in a serious kitchen, then carrying it out to the terrace. It suits people who want Fort Lauderdale's energy within walking distance but a private retreat to return to — one where the waterway out back feels less like scenery and more like the organizing principle of the whole stay.

We absolutely loved this property! Our first impression was simply WOW! It was very quiet and private, exactly what we wanted, and very well equipped.
We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen, and the (n)espresso machine was a great way to start and end our days 😊. Everyone just loved the pool and outdoor area. The rooms were spacious and well-separated, ensuring we never heard each other. The bathrooms were also breathtaking. It took us a while to figure out the temperature control with the fancy faucet in the showers, but once we did, it was amazing (hint: the top lever controlling the temperature is quite stiff, so keep that in mind).
The balconies weren’t very inviting, but the fantastic pool and backyard made up for it. I recommend bringing water shoes for the pool (specially if you’re traveling with kids) as the edges and floor are a bit rough.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

I can’t say nothing bad about “stay awhile” the property was great and it accommodated myself as well my family needs. I can go on and on about my trip, but I’ll say to anyone who ask or read my comment, you’ll need to stay to experience everything for yourself.
