The house is a complete gem.. !<br/>After overcoming the initial spooked feeling of beeing in such Old beautiful interior , with details of Angies “scare humor” - we felt so much at home.. The “Black Pine” is a gem of a place! It’s even bigger and nicer than the pictures! Super high ceilings on both floors and designer decorated. I slept better in her house than mine! The master has a comfy king bed with Tahari designer bedding and 3 huge windows with great black out curtains. We will definitely stay here again! Right across the street is a little grocery store that’s open late and sells great snacks, as well as alcohol. It’s a great location in… Oregon Hill? We walked downtown to bars and restaurants, and it’s an easy walk to Brown’s Island where a lot of bands perform. She has tea, coffee, and oak milk creamer. We look forward to going back again!

Wow!! Location location location, this home was right in the middle of everything we had going on this weekend. A short Uber ride to every spot. The house is sooo beautifully decorated including updated amenities, comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms. Angie makes everything so clear for check in and checkout processes, and also had wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and must sees! Will absolutely be coming back for another spooky weekend 👻

This is a wonderful place, beautifully put together, with plenty of thoughtful touches. It was great to have the enclosed patio. A very special, historic house. While it's a lovely neighborhood, there's nothing around except the cemetery, so I wouldn't call it walkable.
