What we love about this stay
Sleep in the Elvis Room — it's the obvious move, and it's obvious for a reason. The Seeburg console is real, it works, and dropping a vinyl on it after dark with the recessed lighting dimmed low is the single best moment this house offers. Stock the bar before you arrive; there's a well-equipped setup begging for bourbon sours, and mixing drinks here at golden hour with the backyard catching late Texas light feels genuinely transportive. Skip the three-screen TV novelty — it's fun for five minutes. Instead, spend that time with the memorabilia in the master suite, which rewards slow attention. This isn't a theme stay. It's a house with actual history soaked into its walls, and it hits differently when you let it breathe.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here because I'm a big Elvis fan. I just love staying in a house that Elvis spent a lot of time in. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Waco. of course I loved sleeping in the bedroom Elvis slept in, and watching the home movies of him in the house! I appreciate the Fadal family opening it up for all the Elvis fans. One thing I don't think is mentioned in the description is that the bedrooms all have ceiling fans, which was great! I love this house!

This home was clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had so many fun details and descriptions of the family's relationship and visits with Elvis! The home was very spacious with large rooms. This property is an absolute gem and we hope to return in the future!
